  Staff was very uncommunicative and they mess up my order everytime I come and it’s crazy how each time I come it’s a different person but still can’t get my order right

  Food was absolutely terrible. Lettuce is old and withered, not even edible tater tots. Taste like either chemicals or old cooking grease or I mean through those away The customer service was awful. The lady on the intercom, was extremely rude like she wanted us to hurry app and get our order Uber with and on a separate order. She took forever to take the other order. It's a very bad place to eat, wouldn't recommend it

  If I could rate this place a zero I would really really really bad service me and my boyfriend stopped by to order a 6 piece mozzarella sticks,wacky pack,a pup cup and 3 drinks it took 30 minutes to wait.I ordered a big red sure didn't taste like a big red it was sour and to top it off my boyfriend burger had gnats how DISGUSTING 🤢🤢 first a girl came outside i was telling her how my drink didn't taste like big red, and then I told her they forgot the pup. Cup, she took my receipt, went in then. I went back to get the burger. A different person came out must have been the manager cause he was wearing a green shirt. I let him know about the burger, and he said, we are aware that we do have gnats inside the store and I said, okay, we know you have that. Why would you even be serving food? That's disgusting, so he started back-and-forth with me, and he just went inside. I don't know who is hiring these people. And who is giving them this job to work at places like this? But we're I am from you don't ever treat customers that way at all that is not professionalism in my opinion, this place either needs to be shut down, or they need to hire more people that have more work skills than the people they have there.

  Sonic used to mean fast food, waited - as of right now - 35 minutes for 3 drinks. Absolute dog shit between having to push the “get service” button 6 times just to place the order. Decide to go in after waiting another 10 and they didnt even have them made.
