  I ordered an ocean water and received a sprite with hardly any flavor. So pretty much just got an overpriced sprite. Thx. :(

  This location on Parmer used my mom who is a senior citizen without authorization, we were at home miles away have never been to this location utilizing that card and a charge came through it close to 11:00 p.m. continued to keep calling and no one answered.

  I received breakfast burritos that were made from old dry food. Old dry eggs, sausage that was so dried and tough it was inedible, in an old tortilla that was just folded together and not rolled. The entirety of the internal ingredients filled only half the tortilla. And I got two of them exactly as described. I understand it was nearly noon, but if you advertise breakfast burritos, I expect them to be fresh no matter what time of day it is. I am appalled and will not purchase from Sonic again! Especially from the location near Parmer and Dessau Rd in Austin, TX, today around 11.00 am. I would ask for a refund, but I was on my way to my husband’s heart surgery? And could not spare the time.

  I ordered on the app in advance and even when I got here it took them 30 minutes just to bring out 2 drinks. This is ridiculous. By the time I got my drink it was melted. That's crazy so it was ready and just sitting there. What makes it worse is that it was not even busy. There were only 3 cars.

  I had to repeat my order 3 times and I guess after he still didn’t understand, he just disappeared. I waited for about 5 minutes and decided I’m not gonna deal with service like that and just drove off. If it’s so hard for you to understand people and take orders, maybe don’t work in fast food.
