  Try numerous times to give this Sonic a shot cause they are closest to me however, 95% of the time the order is wrong...no offense but it seems like it's completely ran my teenagers. I witnessed a manager cursing out a customer and today as always wait time is always over 15 minutes and order was wrong. How is this place still open? I will 100% drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the location that is closes to Stone Hill. There is just no excuse...read the comments OWNERS... People are trying to get you to understand.. This business is not doing well

  At 1:40 PM they’re closed. Employees are in there, but no one will take your order. Now I understand why Sonic’s are closing!

  We drove up to the stall to order and they told us to go through the Drive Thru to place an order. We were the only ones told to do this. Everyone around us ordered through the stall totally fine. We get to the drive-thru and the lady kept getting confused about our order. They repeated the order at the window when we went to pay and we had to correct them again. Shakes were still good.

  Honestly I’ve only had good experiences at this Sonic. I recently visited around 10pm a few nights ago, placed an order through the app and totally forgot to check in at the stall. One of the employees stopped by my window and asked if I was waiting on an order, at which point I realized I had never checked in. She brought everything out immediately and it was delicious. I visited again last night and the young man who brought out my order was very kind and there weren’t any problems with the order. Since moving to the neighborhood a few months ago, I’ve visited probably 9-10 times and each time has been a good experience.
