  Ive been coming to this sonic since I was a kid and it's sad to see how far it's fallen. We placed an order through the mobile app and checked in at 7:11, the order on the screen was cleared at 7:16 and we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes until we decided to go through the drive through to save the staff the walk. Sadly I will not be coming back to the location and I'll be surprised if this place is still open next year. Truly the changing of the times.

  Sat here for 25 minutes, waiting for a pretzel and a large mozzarella sticks. They came out to get our cash for the payment and didn’t even bring the food with them, absolutely ridiculous. If they’re understaffed, maybe they shouldn’t be open.

  Using the drive thru since my truck wont fit in the stalls. Waited for over 10 mins, nobody spoke to us not even a "we will be right with you". I get they may be slammed but acknowledging your customers is the very basics of customer service.

  I waited 35 minutes through 3 failed attempts just to still leave with my order not being correct... On June 20th around 8 PM I pulled into the drive thru.. I request a simple order. Peanut butter shake no whip cream medium... I confirmed my order with the person that rang it up. She repeated it correctly so I had good faith that this was going to be quick. The evening crew here needs to be completely replaced. After they got my order wrong the first time and I asked them to remove the whip cream they came back with a completely different shake that I am allergic to. Fudge and peanut butter.. When I tell them I just wanted peanut butter I am allergic the problem was not the flavor of shake the first time it was the presence of whip cream... Remove the whip cream and make it a peanut butter shake... They then return to the window with a peanut butter shake but it still has whip cream. I ended up throwing my order away due to the mountain of whip cream. It was such a simple order and I was the only one in the drive through. I should have been done in less than 10 minutes... You need to have a capable adult that actually cares about their job leading your evening crew and more attentive/meticulous employees on that shift. I also see all these other horrible reviews with a cop-out statement as a response form the "owner".. Where their solution is to say their going to do something but I'm sure they never do... This has gone on long enough and I will ne escalating this matter to a higher power.
