  Our car hopper was very nice Edit: Day shift- great! Night shift- terrible!! They didn’t even know what I was ordering when it’s on all the screens. He had to come out just to ask me what I was talking about but still didn’t know what it was. So I made an online order. Now I’ve been sitting here for more than 30 minutes.

  I came in tonight with my kids to get some food. I ordered small cheese fries and a medium lemon berry slush with extra lemon. For my kids, I ordered two chicken tender Happy Meals, both with fries, a cherry limeade, and an apple juice. Unfortunately, my order came out wrong. I was charged for medium cheese fries instead of small, and I was also charged $1.20 for the extra lemon. My son’s drink was incorrect as well. I asked to speak with the manager, and when he came out, I was extremely uncomfortable with his appearance and behavior. His pupils appeared very dilated, and he did not blink once during our interaction. The entire experience at this location was very unsettling and honestly creepy. I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and looks into both the order issues and my concerns about the manager’s behavior.
