  Last night I went to get some food and pulled into a bay, pressed the button….no one ever came on the speaker so the screen did something I’ve never seen it do and timed out… I press it again…again it timed out because nobody ever came over the speaker. I thought it was broken so I pulled into a different bay That bays screen was broken and off I pulled into a different bay…broken I pulled into a different bay, pressed the button. And no one came over the speaker. I pressed it again..nothing I finally just went up to where the employees go inside and knocked on the door because I thought that their system was just broken altogether. The dude inside looked at me, then went back to what he was doing. I knocked again and he finally comes to the door I told him “hey I think your things broken I’ve been pressing the buttons in different bays for the past 15 MINUTES and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order, or even say a word He looked at me with the most uncaring look on his face and in a very rude way goes “yeah I know…I’m the only person working right now in this entire building” For some crazy reason I go “okay well sorry” and then got back in the car. He could have made his life 1000x easier by just communicating and saying something like “welcome to sonic please allow me some time to take your order, I’m the only employee in the building at this time” Instead he chose to not communicate and have people knocking on the doors wondering what’s going on I decided to just leave and not get food from sonic, and just go to whataburger instead because if this is the the attitude and level of care the only employee in the store has currently I doubt my food is gonna be prepared with any level of care. God forbid I got my food and a burger is missing then had to ask for that. I literally drive over to this one despite the McNeil one being right next to my house because this was the one that had employees that gave a 💩 Not both the McNeil and jollyville sonic don’t give a 💩 I don’t completely blame the poor kid that was scheduled and left to be by himself. Although his 💩ty attitude could use some adjustment. This is how it started with the sonic on McNeil Do better sonic, your prices are way too high for this bs

  Weird sketchy area but most importantly when I pulled up to Stall 7, it wasn't working and then I had to pull up to Stall 9 and it wasn't working and then the Stall next to that which I'm assuming is 11, wasn't working as well and I had to pull into Stall 13. ridiculous! And when I say working I mean the red button wasn't activating at all and on 11 the screen was completely black
