i had a wonderful customer experience with Nivea. She was incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and brought such amazing energy. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely made my experience so much better.
Unfortunately, while I was sitting in my car with the windows down, I could hear a member of management speaking to her in what sounded like a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. What really stood out to me was that despite being treated that way, Nivea still came back to me with 100% of the positive energy and professionalism she had from the beginning.
I feel like this is important to point out because no manager should be speaking to an employee that way, especially where customers can hear it. Nivea deserves to be treated with the same kindness and respect that she gives to customers. She is truly an amazing employee, and I sincerely hope she knows how valuable she is. I hope she finds a workplace that appreciates and respects her the way she deserves, because she absolutely made my experience a 10/10. ❤️
They are on top of it t this sonic, I was impressed at the speed and accuracy of my order!
Service horrible!!! Little girls left me outside for 20 minutes and then told me I need to tell them I’m here when I entered my stall number! Then proceeded to get disrespectful and walk inside and talk crap like I couldn’t see or hear her! Very dirty inside also!

Sadly this sonic is going down hill and it’s disappointing when something goes down and all there is around here are terrible Mexican stuff.
They didn’t fill my drink fully but at less than 75% capacity.. and they were out of route 44 cups even though I was able to place the order on the app.. this just so embarrassing..

Manager on Shift: Jess
Employee who took my order: Kay
I ordered a Banana Dirty Dr Pepper last night, which is a drink I’ve had from this location before and really enjoyed. However, this time the drink did not taste right, so I let the employee know that I would rather exchange it for something else.
The person speaking to me through the drive-thru speaker responded, “My manager said it’s not our fault that you didn’t like the drink you ordered.”
I understand that everyone has different preferences, but this wasn’t just simply a matter of me not liking the drink. I’ve ordered the exact same drink before and had no issues with it. This time, it clearly tasted different, which is why I asked if I could exchange it.
At that point, I said, “That’s fine. I’ll just take a refund.” The response I received was, “Oh… what would you like?”
My question is: why was there suddenly a willingness to help me after I asked for a refund? Customer service should not depend on whether a customer is willing to spend more money.
Eventually, I was able to exchange my drink. The employee also gave me a chip for a free drink on my next visit, but that only happened after I specifically asked who the manager on shift was.
Unfortunately, the entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way a customer is treated when they bring an issue to your attention matters just as much as resolving the issue itself. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location because this could have been handled much more professionally from the beginning.
