  We love this place so we come to eat from here often…last night (9/16) we had car battery trouble when ready to go…carhop named Jodi came to help with two other associates and helped jump the battery to make it home….appreciated their help, good people with smiles while doing their job and helping people at the same time…Kudos to Jodi for helping with her car plus she has an excellent attitude and a great smile…Very Thankful to her and the others for helping us…🤗😍

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Have been waiting 45 minutes for a hot dog, drink, and blast. I placed a mobile order, checked in, see my name on the screen. Wait 15 minutes. Press the button asking if my order was coming soon, was apologized to and said yes. Proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before pressing button again. The customer service has been poor, offering no solutions. If this was a one time issue it would be one thing, but this wait time has happened multiple times I’ve visited. There are constantly people walking up to the door asking if their food is ready. When I asked for an eta on my hot dog just now, employee said he wasn’t sure because he just got back from “doing something” …..

  My online order was twenty minutes late and missing the bacon...the app doesn't allow you to do anything.
