  I've always enjoyed coming to Rudy's on weekends and getting tacos but I came on a weekday which is out of the ordinary for me. But this morning when I proceeded to not grab a tray to take my tacos to go and instead opted for a bag because that's what I do at the other location and that's what I always do because I don't want to touch the trays. Period. Today, I was met with literally four employees who barked at me to grab a tray instantaneously and then persisted to urge me to grab a tray despite my best efforts in conveying that I did not want a tray. It was so overwhelming that I actually walked out. Normally very happy but this morning was not so amazing and maybe that's just my neuroticism coming out but unfortunately there are people out there who don't want to touch communal trays 🤷🏼‍♀️

  If there was a NEGATIVE 5 Stars Rating I would definitely put it on here this restaurant has an extremely bad service, their food is really horrible, their service is really bad they make you wait for ever and sometimes they are out of the product this is because of horrible management , their employees act entitled as if they own the place with a very nasty attitude and zero work ethics I will never ever go back there again and spend my hard earned money even if they offer the food for free and not only they lost my business but I will definitely let everyone that I come across with about my horrible personal experience and I will take this experience with me to the Grave.

  You can never go wrong at Rudy’s. Very good bbq chain in Tx, quality is very good across all shops, great sides and reasonably priced.

  Haven't been to this location in a couple years. Was very disappointing. The food doesn't taste the same, no smoke rings on the brisket. Very flat in flavor. Won't be going back.

  I recently had an opportunity to try out the barbecue at Rudy's and not only the barbecue but the atmosphere the people were very very top of the class. When you mix top of the line product with top-of-the-line people cooking and serving it's a win-win situation.! Thank you very much
