  Why do you make me pick a time. You're so difficult about so many things. I want to order something that'll take you 5 seconds to make but I have to pick a time like over 30 minutes in the future. So I can never ever order Rudys to go. I'm starving and I just want protein I want to order ahead. Barbecue is one of the few places where you can get fresh protein to go without being forced to order other stuff or put special instructions.

  Customer service here is honestly a 10/10. The workers are always friendly, fast, and make you feel welcome every time. They’re the best part of the whole experience. Ever since they started charging extra for moist brisket, the portions have gotten noticeably smaller while the prices keep going up. You’re basically paying more and getting less, and it’s hard not to notice. As a college student, I can’t justify spending this much anymore for what used to be an affordable, filling meal. It really feels like affordability is slowly being sacrificed for profit, and it’s ruining what used to be a great spot. FYI, I did get more food after speaking up and I appreciate that, but customers shouldn’t have to complain just to get a fair portion. And to whoever made these decisions, this isn’t on the workers so don’t put it on them. Take responsibility for choosing higher prices and smaller portions. I don’t know why the higher ups are making these changes because it’s just wrong, you guys need to get a grip.

  All good but the price hiked up too quickly. I visited expecting the price the same as 3 months ago on the google menu photo but it’s more pricy. Unacceptable. It’s delicious but I won’t go again.
