  Just watched a female employee without identification dressed in all black and a bun publicly humiliate another customer. I don’t ever think this is appropriate customer service. Will not return.

  $200 plus grocery order and Randles associates are incompetent, eggs aren’t suppose to be put on their sides, this order has perishable items! Hot food from deli, meat. Why are the associates not being taught how to bag. All the info is on the app but they can’t read. The delivery person is getting the run around. When I call they’re saying I don’t know I have to talk to my manager. Customer service went down the toliet. I most definitely spoke to corporate, Randall’s used to be my favorite grocery store but it seems it’s managed poorly 😕

  BAD,BAD, customer service! I have never been treated with such disrespect. Michelle the front manager was very rude.i was at the check by 11..I was loading my car by 11:06! Wow and she was crying about me checking out at 11 will I'm sure it was before 11..Y'all need to do better with your customer service

  Samuel K was an absolute condescending jerk at checkout, who would not waste his time to show me how to push ONE BUTTON on my app to bring the coupon code up. It would have taken him 5 seconds, as I was already signed in, and just needed to find the button to bring up the QR code. He was rude, and acted like I was an idiot, and sent me to the customer service area. He is told me that if I couldn't figure out how a coupon works then maybe I could get a tutorial at the customer service. Again, I was ready, signed in, coupon clipped, but couldn't find the tiny QR button, which took someone else less than 2 seconds to point to. Samuel K couldn't be bothered. And there wasn't a single person in the self checkout, by the way. It wasn't busy at all. I'm giving four stars because the gentleman at the customer service was an absolute ANGEL; he gave me an apology and showed me how to find the button, and was kind enough to check me out and help me on my way. I wish I knew his name, he was working on June 30 at 1:45, and was a very sweet older gentleman. Everyone in that store has always been kind and helpful over the years, and I don't want them to suffer because one man was rude. Very kind people at that store except for one. Samuel K.

  I am a temporarily homeless Veteran and I had to use their bathroom. I used it about 4 times in one evening an I guess their security guard did not like that and when I went to use the bathroom again, the security guard VERY rudely asked me to leave and he lifted up his arm and pointed directly to the door! My conclusion is that this store does not like homeless people at all!!
