- DDDeclined5 days ago2.0Moving back to TX from out of state where we had Safeway instead of Randall's. Called the Steiner Ranch Randall's Pharmacy to inquire about an item my dr recommended. Whoever answered my call in the Pharmacy Dept was the RUDEST person I've ever encountered. She should be trained — or retrained — on customer service & phone skills. Unfortunately she didn't give her name when she answered & I neglected to get it. In the future I will drive the extra distance to HEB for further pharmacy needs based on this extremely disappointing experience at Randall's.

The produce is NASTY. A lot of their cashiers are very inappropriate and rude. I think there needs to be a total wipe of the employees including their store director. The only employees I’ve noticed that are polite and have common sense is Angel. I have also seen Angel running around different departments for as long as I’ve been shopping here, she really needs the recognition she deserves. She’s a ROCKSTAR! The ceiling is soggy and falling on the floor. The refrigerators also leak water on the ground constantly which isn’t safe for our elder folks. I hope they decide to make some changes soon cause this store has potential in such a beautiful neighborhood!
