  Cheese was black. I asked the rep how long is the wait for another one, she said it doesn't matter cause it is gonna look like that anyway. I told her I've had pizza hut pizza and the cheese isn't black; she said that's how the pizza is goona look. I said ok and walked out. My mistake was not reading the reviews. I'm glad I didn't pay in advance, and the website has the nerve to ask do you want to tip crew member? Why would I?

  I ordered online for pickup, thinking it would be a faster experience - nope! I arrived and ended up spending 10 minutes standing at the register because the employees were in the back laughing and messing around. At least I had company because the phone was ringing NON STOP the entire time I was waiting there. There was some comfort in knowing that I wasn’t the only customer being ignored. When the girl who was “working” there finally came out, she was quite rude (I know, god forbid I disturb you). And then even more rude when I selected no tip. Perhaps if you’re expecting a tip, you should try a little harder.

  Order take-out online for pizza deal specials. Large vegetarian pizza was delicious.

  Call the location to let them know I was charged for items that I didn't receive for 3-4th and told me I should pick up instead of delivery like what? That's he type of management they have
