No “hi, hello… we’ll be right with you”. Management do better at customer service. When i was manager of Golds every customer must be greeted within three seconds of entering. Furthermore, if busy with something or assisting someone it takes literally less than 3 seconds to say “we’ll be right with you”. Very simple stuff and keeps the customer on ice, especially when the wait is long. Some friendly courtesy goes a long way… unfortunately a lack of courtesy has the opposite effect, in turn making more potential work for employees and managers
