We usually like Pappasito’s quite a bit, but we came for lunch recently and were really disappointed. We ordered the dinner portion of the Pappasito’s Grill, but received the lunch portion. The only thing they got right were the two shrimp. The chicken was bland and flavorless, like eating cardboard, and the beef was completely raw (no one asked how to cook it either). Not worth the money at all.

Stopped by today after about a year from the last time. Not even close to what they used to serve. Salsa, was watery and bland, charro beans dry, beef fajitas were ok but not as good as in past, garlic butter had very little garlic which used to be the best anywhere. Told waiter food was not as tasty, he said he agreed and walked off. Hoping papa's group gets back to original recipes. We have eaten with them for over 25 years and this was just disappointing as we were really excited to enjoy a great meal like the oke days.

I just had the worst service I've ever had with David at the bar. We watched people give up waiting for a drink and leave and people sitting down and waiting 20 minutes until they were acknowledged for food. We ate at the bar and observed as he slowly made his way through our meal and bill. We had to ask several times for chips and finally went to search for a to-go box after several attempts of asking David for one. Additionally, we were brought flour tortillas after telling David we needed corn tortillas as we are gluten free. Very disappointing experience tonight.

We had a little confusion when we first arrived, and it took a while for our waiter to take our drink and food orders. However, Ethan, the manager, stepped in and completely turned our experience around. He provided outstanding customer service, made sure everything was taken care of, and made us feel valued as guests. The food was excellent, and the fajitas were especially delicious—definitely a must-try! We really appreciate how Ethan handled the situation. Because of Ethan, we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re visiting from North Carolina. Thank you for making things right!

DO NOT LET YOUR MANAGERS WORK SICK! I had one today with a sore throat she said speaking with her breath flowing out without a mask on. I asked her 3 times to go get a mask she did not refuse but her actions after the 3rd time of being asked did not. She asked someone else to ring me up but did not get the mask. You must train your people to understand that if they are sick? They should not be handling peoples food and understand that germs are not just fluid but airborne and that is how it is spread. Sneezing, coughing, or anything else.
