  I came to this location with my husband and 3 family members. It was close to closing time so we figured we would just place ToGo orders instead of sitting down. My 3 family members ordered their food just fine, but when it came time to take me and my husband's order the guy told us he couldnt take our orders because the kitchen was now closed. We came as a group but he couldn't take our orders because they close at 10pm. I asked for a manager, so the manager came out, and was really nice about it and went ahead and placed the order for us, explained that the register shuts down at 10pm, which is why he could not put the order in and apologized. We never got an attitude or anything. We were even laughing and talking with her. Well we must've pussed someone off in the kitchen, because even though the food tasted good, me and my husband became sick overnight and were going back and forth to the restroom for 2 days afterwards. Out of all 5 of us, we were the only 2 that got sick. I really feel like they did something to our food because we requested to speak to the manager and they had to cook a few more meals. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that location again!

  I went in and put my name on the list. I was told it would be about twenty minutes. I received a text that said my table was ready about nine minutes later. When I went in the staff was confused and said " I don't know why it sent you that you will have to keep waiting." I waited twenty more minutes and checked to see how much longer it would be. I was told we were third in line and shouldn't be long, without asking my name or phone number. We ended up having to leave after waiting one and a half hours without a table because we no longer had time to eat and make our next destination. The children at the front were not polite at all and should not be working there.

  Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen is the gold standard when it comes to seafood dining and every visit confirms why it has such a loyal following. The menu is extensive and showcases an impressive variety of fresh seafood dishes that are prepared with skill and packed with bold flavors. The portions are generous and the presentation is always on point making every plate feel like a real occasion. The service is warm and professional and the staff clearly knows the menu inside out which makes ordering a real pleasure. If you are a seafood lover and have not yet been to Pappadeaux you are genuinely missing out on something special.

  We tried this place for the first time for our son’s birthday. Our server Marc was very jubilant and elevated our dining experience. He was attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable in his food recommendations. The food was delicious! Overall we had a delectable dining experience. Thank you for accommodating us.

  Wow! Enjoyable dinner. All this was due to several factors: 1. Andreas (server): service and knowledge of the menu was impressive. He meticulously described the ingredients and the taste of entrées we inquired. He is articulate and enthusiastic about his role. This is refreshing to see as it translates to great customer service. 2. Ashton (Asst. GM) was very gracious. He was very attentive and gracious. The level of training provided to the servers is top notch. It's refreshing to know that the servers are well versed on the menu. 3. Bartender: The Old Fashioned was one of the best we've tasted. Overall, outstanding and memorable dinner. Highly recommend anyone who wants to have a GRRRREAT dinner to spend a meal here.
