  I wanted to come here today for my actual birthday. We've had so many good visits before, I wanted to finish up the day here. It was absolutely awful. Our sever treated us like we were wrong for being there and he didn't want to wait on us. It completely changed the vibe. I went from having an amazing birthday to a horrible day because our server decided to treat us like we were an annoyance to him. Lexi the manager was very sweet and offered a giftcard for the service we received but honestly, I'll personally not come back. Per person you spend minimum $75, so the servers are well aware of how to treat guests. So why treat anyone like this? Kindness is free.

  We came with my Mom for a late Mother's day dinner, typically my Mom is very shy when we go out, but when our server Shane heard us ask her what she wanted in Spanish he started asking her follow up questions in Spanish and she quickly became very talkative! Shane was able to accommodate everything she had requested, and was very patient with her taking a while to decide on her sides, sauces etc. Mom was happy with her fried shrimp combo which had extra shrimp as a substitute for the catfish, and we split a Greek salad and Salmon Alexander which were both also amazing! We know where to come back when we want some fresh seafood and good service. Thank you!

  Great experience food is always excellent both me and my daughter enjoyed our dinner and it was my birthday so I definitely enjoyed everything . I was a little disappointed with some of the changes to the menu but overall absolutely a great experience. Please bring back the alligator platter and we will be back more often than every 3 months annually for our quarterly business meeting. We always have a party of 12-15 but we like to celebrate birthdays at your restaurant. Ali was amazing server and took fantastic care of Us 5 STARS TO ALI ! Another Great CHICAGOAN here in Texas

  Everything was great, it was just the service. We had a middle aged African American lady as our waitress with greyish hair. She was very abrupt with us. Kept swiping our food before we were ready and then came around and told us the restaurant was now closed, even though there were people still sitting in there. I asked her to box my food and she took it away and never boxed it. Thanks to her our evening was ruined and it’s not a cheap place to have that kind of service. I urge management to talk to her and the other staff to be nicer to their patrons. If they want to keep them coming back.

  It started off rough on Friday the 24th when our waitress, Ashley, completely ignored us. We were seated immediately and were told Ashley was our waitress and would be with us shortly with menus. About 5-7 minutes go by and nothing. We started eating the crackers at the table because we were hungry. A male waiter nearby noticed we had not been helped so he brought us menus and said Ashley was our waitress and he would see where she was. Another 10 + minutes go by and nothing. We noticed an Ashley nearby waiting on the 3 tables surrounding us and she never acknowledged us. She showed 1 table some dessert options, she assisted another table with to go containers, and checked on the other after they received their food. All while walking right passed our table multiple times. I kept looking around and we were about to walk out when Mark, another waiter, stopped to check in on us. He apologized about the wait. He said Ashley was our waitress but he would get our drink order started. I thanked him and told him we were actually ready to order. He then asked what we would like. We placed our drink order and food order. Mark was very friendly and professional. He said his tables were elsewhere but he would be taking over our table too. I was glad to hear. I'm not sure if this was a miscommunication issue or what but it seemed that everyone nearby knew we were at Ashley's table but Ashley herself. Interestingly enough, after the 3 tables near us cleared out, so did Ashley. We didn't see her again. Kudos to Mark!! He was observant and noticed we hadn't been helped and jumped right in. If it wasn't for Mark we were going to walk out and dine elsewhere. A manager even stopped by to apologize. He heard what happened and offered us a free dessert. He checked in against later to see how things were. Mark and the manager are a 10/10. Great customer service! The food was just okay. A bit over priced for the quality and portion. The bread was dry and disappointing. 7/10 The Ceasar salad was so good! I loved the dressing and cheese! 10/10
