  I order and pick up food from this restaurant frequently because it is convenient and not too expensive for feeding a group. Lately, both the quality of pizza and the customer service have been uneven. My orders have had something wrong with them about 20% of the time. The pizzas often have had too much bread and are smallish for the box they are put in, but I generally let that go if it isn't too bad. To be fair, sometimes they do an excellent job. Sometimes, management is reasonable and will replace a poorly made pizza or credit one to your account. Most recently, I was asked to check the pizzas before leaving, so I did a cursory look and the toppings were right on both. Upon arriving home and trying the large pizza with extra Alfredo sauce, I found that there was almost no sauce on it. They wouldn't replace it.

  All the toppings ended up on like 3-4 slices n the others just had cheese n sauce. Papa John's is my favorite franchise pizza place but Im not going back to this one.

  Absolutely worse customer service! I have been trying to get in contact with a manager for the last 48 hours due to my delivery being completely wrong they did not send the items that I paid for and nobody is contacting me back. This is my last time ordering from this location due to their continuously being problems. Now that I have to write this report I have to go IN store because of there negligence to send what was paid for! This is the worst location I have ever dealt with if you can avoid this location I HIGHLY recommend another one.

  Ordered 2 medium pizzas and I asked for cheese and peppers and this is all they gave me. 1 Parmesan per box of pizza. Horrible.

  I placed an online order of 8 large pizzas to be picked up the next day at 11am for my daughter’s birthday party. I show up at 11am. No one is there! It’s closed! No signs or anything say it’s closed. Tried calling and no one answered. Waited 30 mins still closed and had to leave and tell my 50 guests sorry no food. I got an email 2 hours later that the order was cancelled with no explanation! This ruined my party. I called the next day and the manager was so unprofessional and just said sorry for the inconvenience no one was here to work. So they couldn’t call me to tell me so I can order somewhere else? They couldn’t email me a heads up when they knew no one was there? They couldn’t put a sign on the door. Literally insane behavior and the manager had no remorse or anything for the trouble this put me through.
