  I was rear ended 9/10/26 by one of their delivery drivers. On Rutland @ 7:48PM. What was a trip to chipotle turned into being reared by Papa John’s isn’t that amazing?

  I waited nearly three hours for two pizzas. Apparently the first delivery got sent to the wrong house, and I was understanding. I had to call three times in order to get an answer on where my delivery was. I finally get a second delivery sent out and after waiting an additional 45 minutes, after being told 25 minutes at the most, the driver texted me asking if they want me to receive a text when they get here or knock. I said to knock. I didn't get either one. It just got left at the door. I will not be ordering again. This whole ordeal is not worth the time or money. Papa John's used to be a good pizza place. And even after waiting three hours, the pizza was barely warm and had very little flavor. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

  The order takes a while as there is usually just one person making Pizzas and manning the station. Super nice though, and the pizza was great.

  Pick up only at the rear parmer location. I order oblong and pick it up hot and delicious.

  Did an online order for pick up at 10:45am. Got here and the guy working said it would be another 15 as they had a big order before mine. Waited 30 more minutes. When I asked if it was almost done the "manager" said they had a lot of orders and if I didn't want to keep waiting I could just leave. Super rude and no customer service! Do not waste your time giving this location any business.
