  Customer service is completely unacceptable! Second time ordering for a clinic with more than enough time. Over an hr late on delivery and always tell us about a random order for "20 pies" was placed, as if we didn't order more than that amount

  worst service ever. the employees would rather smoke cigarettes out in the front than cook and or handle the food. and when they do, it’s unsanitary and disgusting. also, be prepared to wait 10+ minutes to be served, because if the employees arent out smoking cigarettes in the front, then youll be damned to find them at the front or in even in the kitchen. most of the time, they will shrug off your order and speak gibberish and you literally cant do anything about it. like they will just say the order doesnt exist when it literally was paid. I hope this place goes out of business because it literally profits off of scamming college students. dont spend your money here

  Whoever is running this Papa John needs to fire every worker and hire a brand new team. Been here for more than 30min, to pick up an order that I placed 45min ago. When I pulled up, the only one person on the shift, a guy with a Pokémon tattoo in the face, was smoking weed in his car in front of the store, once he saw me pulling up, he rushed inside, and told me that the pizza is still in the oven, yet I could see that he hasn’t even started it yet. 15min in, two ladies that works here came in, they all went on their phones. Very dirty finger nails, that made me put my order to trash. I’m not gonna the kinda person to write reviews, but this is not the first, nor the 5th time happening. I won’t order a single thing again from this unprofessional dirty place. Oh I forgot to mention how rude the staff are.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. There was one employee behind the counter who never noticed I was there, because he was too busy screaming curse words and the music was way too loud. An employee came out from the parking lot to assist me, gave me my order and then went back out to the parking lot. As I was leaving I realized this employee was chilling in his vehicle while his coworker was inside screaming while listening to concerning loud and inappropriate music. When I walked in I was confused if I was at a Papa John’s, or a rap concert. Extremely disappointed, do better.

  I'm giving one star because I have to. I ordered a pan pizza last night around 8pmish. While Door dash did their job and got the pizza to us 5 minutes before the time the app said, the pizza was wrong. I ordered medium pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni, with jalapenos on half. I got a half sausage, pepperoni and jalapenos and half cheese pizza! I ordered on the app to ensure it was correct. I live in a nursing home and the only money I receive is $30 on the first of the month and $45 around the middle of the month. This screw up cost me one third of my monthly income with the driver's tip. I tried calling the store 3 times and they hung up on me all 3 times! If this is the way you treat customers, your managers need training in customer service!
