  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Honestly, I'd give 47 stars if the app would stop being a coward.) Gregory Bordelon didn't just hand me a pizza—he handed me hope. The moment he greeted me, my credit score went up 80 points. My plants started growing. A bald eagle landed outside and saluted. Somewhere, an Italian grandmother whispered, "Finally... someone understands." The pizza was so fresh I think the pepperoni still had career ambitions. The cheese stretched so far it briefly qualified as public transportation. The garlic sauce? I'm pretty sure it's regulated by international treaty because no mortal should possess that much flavor. Gregory's customer service was so good that when I left, three strangers hugged each other, gas prices dropped seventeen cents, and my ex texted me, "I realize now... I was the problem." If this man ever leaves Papa John's, the company should lower their flags to half-mast and declare a national day of mourning. I've eaten pizza all over America, and after this experience, every other slice tastes like an apology. 10/10. Five stars. Two standing ovations. I'd let Gregory officiate my wedding.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in expecting pizza. I left questioning whether I'd accidentally wandered into the Customer Service Hall of Fame. Gregory Bordelon treated me like I was the most important person to walk through the door. He was friendly, patient, and somehow managed to make ordering pizza feel like the highlight of my day. My order was spot-on, the food was hot and delicious, and the whole experience was smoother than perfectly melted mozzarella. If customer service were a pizza topping, Gregory would be the "extra cheese"—he just makes everything better. The pizza was fantastic, but the service is what I'll remember. Papa John's should seriously consider cloning this guy (or at least make him train everyone else). Five stars, two thumbs up, and an enthusiastic recommendation to anyone craving great pizza served with an even better attitude!

  In the past management wasn't on point when visiting there. Manager Vic was great!!! She cook the pizza well done grate crispyness and quality from what we were used too. I hope when the school season kicks in they will have Vic around to keep everyone in line.

  Vick gave great service when I picked up my pizza from Papa John's. My order was ready on time and correct, and the pickup was quick and easy. Vick was friendly and professional, which made the experience better. Overall, the customer service was excellent. I don't think it's an easy job, but even as one of the last customers on a late Saturday night shift, Vick made my night with the best customer service.
