  Give this girl a raise, behind the counter can be difficult but I can see the dedication and hard work. Great customer service

  Placed an order that was incorrect when received. When I called the man said hold on, then he hang up on me. I called back and he automatically hung up on me. I called customer service, where she basically told me that the way their customer service works is that I can get a refund and submit a complaint, which then I had to complete the complaint myself on this feedback form. After completion Carlo, the customer service representative, told me that they could not process a refund, I had to wait for upper management to return to the office. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Papa John’s and I = terminated. I paid $15.73 for a $6.99 pizza.

  Christina the manager rude and unprofessional. When I placed an order the app told me it was ready. I only live 5 minutes away. When I got to the Papa John's I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. When I told them the app told me it was ready they said Wee we have a rush. Nobody in that restaurant had on gloves they were touching their phones touching the cash register and then putting their hands on pizza dough. I said why do you not have gloves on and they said we don't wear gloves here. My cheese sticks were made prior to my order so the entire time that I'm waiting for my order my cheese sticks were just sitting on the side. I asked the man at the cash register if those were my cheese sticks he said no. I should have just asked for my refund then. But of course my kids wanted the pizza and we had already been there waiting. Finally when my pizza comes and we get home again we're 5 minutes away. I opened the box of cheese sticks there are six pieces without cheese and it's cold. The pizza was very hot but our pizza that was the works was so thin and we paid extra for stuffed crust it was so thin that when you picked up the pizza it bended and all of the toppings including the cheese fell off it was also undercooked. When I called to speak to Christina she was very apologetic and she was very nice at this time she apologized to me and explain that she was ready to go home they are understaffed they were in a rush and that she's been there since 8:00 a.m. she said that she would put in a request for me to receive a refund and also a credit for my entire order. However she said she had a contact someone outside the store because they can't issue refunds or credits in the store. She said she would call me back. This was Friday May 29th. I called back Saturday two times 1st they said she was busy then they said she had left she had never called me back. I call back today May 31st they answer the phone I was on hold over 20 minutes We had to call them from my husband's phone. She is immediately with the completely different tone and had a huge attitude and interrupting me saying that she did not call me back but that she texted me which is inaccurate. I have no text or any call from her when I told her I've been trying to reach her and to check status on the refund she interrupted me cut me off and said I do not live here I told her that she was very unprofessional and should let me finish my sentence and she hung up the phone on me. Do not eat at this Papa John's I will be reaching out to corporate for a refund and I do not want a credit since they choose not to wear gloves at that establishment. Zero stars. I'm a type of person that I never give complaints I always give compliments. You can check my Google history I only leave good Google reviews but this was such a horrible experience that I had to leave an ugly review stay away from this Papa John's. Christina and another co-worker of hers were so busy worrying about where their phones were that they never even asked me have you been helped Hi we'll be right with you they were so busy worried about where their phones were during the rush. The other coworker was actually digging through a trash can with no gloves. Do not get pizza from here. I wish I would have took a picture of the pizza with the works how everything fell off when you picked it up. I didn't do it because I got a hold of Christina and at first she seemed very caring and very helpful. I will be reaching out to corporate as well.
