- JJJBSIXAug 8, 20261.0Worst Pappa Johns experience I’ve ever had in my entire life ! I had to contact corporate. I’m someone who orders pizzas weekly so I know how they should come out . Ordered a pizza here because it was close to where I was I clearly put well done . When I got the pizza it was severely undercooked ! Told the manager the one with no teeth she laughed at me and said “my ovens not working right today there’s nothing I can do for you , take it home put it in your oven “ If your oven is not working right today shut the whole store down don’t serve me an undercooked pizza and jeopardize my health ! Last time I’m checked I paid for the pizza to be made the way I ordered it ! This is not the economy to play with peoples hard earned money I wouldn’t care if it was a $5 pizza . If I pay for a service I want it to be correct . Very disappointed this store needs to be shut down it’s an embarrassment to Pappa johns and I’ve been to Pappa johns all across the United States this is the by far the worst one !

I was supposed to order on the app to get the discount...I just didn't want to download another app..it's crazy..no menus anymore..but the nice lady helped me an gave the app price so I bought extra pizza and left her a tip...
