Young man with three small tattoos on the side of his neck and hair in a bun stood at the register while I was there and said not a single word to me. The supervisor was on her phone she also did not greet me. And yall wonder why places are going out of business. Customer service is terrible!! Do better papa John’s!!!

I came in today around 7/7:15pm & there were 3 people already waiting, the guy that I guess works the front desk was talking & goofing around in the office with who I would assume is the manager. Another person came in after me, they have a bell on the door. Someone working in the back comes out to start asking people their names, who knows how long they had been waiting. Eventually the guy came out & asked how can I help, my pizza boxes sitting next to him I told him I needed to pay. I paid & left. Also the garlic sauce that comes in the pizza boxes wasn’t even melted, and I didn’t get my marinara sauce with my garlic knots. It is EVERY SINGLE TIME, the customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. Get it together, it’s outrageous.

I asked if it was going to be delivered and they shuffled around and said "oh... yeah we'll send a driver out immediately". It was delivered 30 minutes later obviously not fresh.
