  Absolutely love the vibe, especially in the bathroom. I got to meet Michael who helped me so much with the refreshments and handing me Panadol and a perfume to smell good on my date with my wife. Absolutely amazing experience five out of five you have to come here. absolutely great drink menu!

  Such a great experience at NAYA. The space is beautiful and has a really unique atmosphere—upscale and stylish without feeling pretentious. The cocktails were excellent and clearly had a lot of thought put into them, and the food was just as impressive. What really stood out was the hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a good time. Definitely one of the more interesting new spots in Austin. Great for a date night, drinks with friends, or starting a night out downtown. We’ll absolutely be back.

  Naya has the ambiance of a place that should be great but the execution had other plans. An empty restaurant on a Friday night should’ve been the best warning sign. Our large group dealt with scattered service and empty water glasses for long stretches. The wine selection was awful - they said it wasn’t old, then it seems they really just need a new sommelier. Their sushi rolls fell apart on the plate, and make sure to never order their fish - it is not fresh. We also tried to order the mapo tofu hummus but it was apparently “discontinued,” despite still appearing on the menu. A polished concept and beautiful restaurant, but an evening full of small, avoidable misses. I rarely leave bad reviews but I really had high hopes for them and this was utterly disappointing.

  DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT make a reservation here. Reservations here mean absolutely nothing to them. We walk in for a party of 4 having a reservation tonight and they have the audacity to tell us “sorry we were overwhelmed and took too many walk ins”. Sorry come again?? Since when do walk ins take priority over reservations. Absolutely ridiculous never setting foot in here again. They said they didn’t have a table and offered so kindly to sit us with another table at one big table. Then the manager came over and said they were setting up another table but he was so rude about it for no reason. If anything I expected only apologetic behavior but received the opposite. Walked right out after being treated so terribly. Do not recommend not even worth your time. As said, reservations don’t mean anything here

  I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was such a great choice! The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks were amazing, and the music created the perfect vibe for a fun night out. The service was great from start to finish. The hostess was especially kind and attentive, she made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us which made us feel welcomed. Everyone was friendly, the staff really helped make the experience enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a fun, upscale place to celebrate or just have a great night out!!
