  This is definitely one of the worse McDonald’s in Austin, if not the worst. We have gone multiple times because the location is convent when we are headed out - inside and drive thru are both always insanely slow, the workers couldn’t care less, it’s dirty inside with broken self-serve kiosks, etc.

  If I could give them no stars I would. I usually place mobile orders and everytime i decide to go to the drive thru, they ask if im using the app and when I say I yes, they just dont answer. Its actually ridiculous. They have kept me waiting for so long just to give them a stupid code and everytime I go inside after they dont answer, they act as if they dont know what im talking about. They pretty much always mess up my orders. I honestly wouldnt go here if I didnt live right next to it. Absolutely ridiculous.

  They answered on drive thru and asked me if I would used the mobile app. When I answered them there was radio silence. I drove up to the window and waited about 5mins for them to tell me that they were closed. It was an early morning and they were closed but it was just handled unprofessionally. I was working Doordash all night and needed coffee.

  The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is never fresh the fries don’t even taste like your classic McDonald’s french fries everything about this location sucks.
