  Ordered a big Mac meal with 2 apple pies a strawberries and creme pie with a 10 piece with 2 honey mustard. Didn't get any of my pies any of my dips for my nuggets and idk who made my big Mac because y'all need to retrain them to put special sauce not mayonnaise on a big Mac. I hate talking shit but y'all are trash and y'all need to do better.

  I had a very bad experience at McDonald's with customer service. While I was waiting to be attended, I saw how an employee (a light-skinned, chubby young man with curly hair) responded inappropriately to another customer. The lady approached to place her order, and he simply told her that he was not attending, without offering any alternative, explanation, or willingness to help. His attitude was indifferent and unprofessional, which made the customers who were there feel uncomfortable. This kind of behavior leaves a bad impression of the place, since you expect respectful treatment and basic customer service, regardless of the staff’s internal situation.

  We stopped and decided to dine in for Ice cream. Once we arrived we noticed there was no line so we assumed we would be helped quickly. But no. Instead, we waited at the cashier for 8 minutes before being acknowledged… we tried multiple times to get an employee’s attention but it seemed as if they were avoiding us. Once we finally got Jenny’s attention she told us “one minute” but we waited about another 8 minutes before being assisted by a young boy who was so kind enough to stop from taking out the trash and mopping the floors to wash his hands and take our order. With there being no line and having to wait 15 minutes to order just two ice cream’s is unacceptable.
