    It seems like most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong or they’re upset, so I wanted to leave a positive one. I genuinely enjoy coming to this McDonald’s overnight. My food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. You can tell they care about the customer experience. Sometimes they even do small generous things, like tossing in an extra nugget with a 4-piece or giving you a cookie just because. Those little gestures go a long way, and it’s the reason I keep coming back to this location.

    Very poor experience at this location (1608 E Parmer Ln) around 11:30 PM. I placed a mobile order that included ice cream. I was first told the machine was “down,” then told they were “out of ice cream,” which was inconsistent. I was directed to get a refund but then told to do it myself in the app—which isn’t possible once the order is completed. I asked for cookies instead. When I received them, the order was short. When I calmly pointed it out, I was told I “counted wrong.” The employee walked away, and the manager (Delia) came to the window and argued with me instead of resolving the issue. She then slammed the window and walked off. A few minutes later, they brought the missing items—confirming I was correct the whole time. My receipt was also taken and not returned. This situation should have been handled in seconds, but instead turned into an unnecessary argument that delayed other customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Update as of 5/06/26: Case Number: 36291411 I previously submitted my concerns and was asked to provide the email associated with my mobile app account. I provided that information, but I still have not received a response. I am expecting follow-up regarding this matter, as the manager and another employee were completely unprofessional and did not represent or uphold the “McDonald’s Values” during my experience.

    I placed an order for curbside and when I got there, the app didn’t work so I called at the restaurant three times and nobody answered. I finally went outside and they said that I needed to enter the parking number on curbside which I already knew. I just asked him for my order and they didn’t know what I was talking about until they finally got it and gave it to me. Extremely poor service.

    I had a disappointing experience with Kimberly, the front cashier at McDonald’s. Upon approaching the counter, I was not greeted, and her demeanor throughout the ordering process felt unwelcoming. When I requested a modification to my sandwich—something that has consistently been accommodated during previous visits—I was told it could not be done, without any further clarification. I asked to speak with a manager, who was courteous and promptly assisted me with the request. While I appreciate the manager’s professionalism, my interaction with Kimberly remained unchanged afterward. Her communication was minimal, and there was a noticeable lack of friendliness or engagement. I understand that Sundays can be particularly busy; however, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude is essential in a customer-facing role. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect.

    The 2 lady's at the last window didn't give me the burger just the fries and chicken nuggets so I went back and they tell me they seen the burger well if they did it was in there pocket cuz it wasn't in my bag then they closed the window and refused to give me my food.they were rude disrespectful and I will never go back to McDonald's again. If that's the kind of employees u hire that's not how u run a business.
