  AHNAF Is a guy who works the drive-through he’s like to servant of fast food drive-through. This guy is absolutely amazing. Makes everything processed quickly or is white and gold.

  This is the closest to our house, so convenient, but today is our last time coming here. Its gotten worse over the last few months. Our order is rarely right. It takes forever to get your order corrected and nobody monitors the front counter. Every single table was dirty at 3pm in the afternoon and I had to ask twice to get a table cleaned.

  A McDonald's location that consistently gets everything right! This McDonald's in Austin is one of the best run fast food locations I have ever visited. The food is always fresh hot and prepared exactly as ordered and the service is impressively fast and accurate even during the busiest peak hours. The drive-thru moves at a remarkable pace and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient making every visit quick and genuinely pleasant. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained throughout the day which is always a great sign of a well managed location. Whether you are grabbing a quick breakfast coffee or a classic meal McDonald's in Austin delivers a reliably satisfying experience every single time and this particular location stands out as one of the very best!

  the morning staff is consistently so rude. they act like you don’t exist, don’t acknowledge you at the window and literally refuse say a SINGLE word to you with a look of disgust on their face and it’s as if you are bothering them so much that they hate you. at least the food was decent… experience not so much. the night staff at this location is a lot kinder, but i would not come to this location for breakfast ever again because of the way i was treated, which sucks because it is so close and i previously had okay experiences here.

  I had to share my horrific experience at this location that I had yesterday! My toddler and I had ordered food through the mobile app and being a single mom, it wasn't conducive to spend money on solely a "Happy Meal" for him. Rather, I used some reward points that I had accumulated and I bought something that could feed the two of us. Mind you, I still spent more than what a happy meal costs. As we enter the drive thru, my child sees the possible happy meal toys and is adamant about wanting a toy. I told him that I didn't order him a happy meal, but I would ask the attendant that hands us our food, if they would be so kind and please give my child a happy meal toy. The lady that I initially asked at the drive thru told me to wait a moment and then, that is when the worst experience that I have had at any establishment, happened! This other worker comes to the window and asks me if I needed to add something to my order. I told her that I didn't want to add anything, but my son is asking if he could please have a toy (my son even asked from my back seat). This rude and impertinent girl said, "No, that wouldn't be fair to the other people that do order happy meals!" I told her that I literally spent more than what a happy meal costs and I then proceeded to ask her if I could buy one off of her (I was willing to not break my son's heart by this horrible employee and spend money that I don't have on a cheaply made toy that he will probably only play with once. But it's the principle and I was going to make my son's day, no matter what I needed to do), she said that I had to buy the complete meal! I told her that's ridiculous and she is literally about to break a child's heart and if she had any compassion or even worse, if she had kids, she is being awful to deny a toy that doesn't have any value! She abruptly said, "I DON'T CARE" and proceeded to shut the drive thru window on me! I am disgusted by this behavior and even though this isn't this employee's career, I am a firm believer because of my values and work ethic, that you do the best at whatever you do for work! Technically, she is getting paid to be insolent and vile to the people that make it feasible for her to have a job!
