  i’m not even going to give one star to this place. whoever is working management at this location at night needs to be removed. She has horrible customer service skills . I’ve come at night 3x Within the last two months and it’ssame lady tonight April 15. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order in the drive-through the manager was rude complaining same story each time.. that she’s the only one working and that it’s not her fault that we have to wait for the food. And then, if I did not wanna wait for my food, I could go somewhere else. I’m sorry, but you do not talk to customers in this manner.

  Ordered an egg McMuffin and a hash brown. Got a cold Sausage McMuffin and has browns. Should have read the comments about checking your order before leaving.

  The door states dine in 5am - 12am but they have the doors closed at 10pm. One of the back doors was opened, and we managed to get in… the employees started to complain to each other, asking how we got in. The other day I was going through the drive-thru and an employee put my food in a bag and left it right by the window and went away and joined other employees in a birthday party I believe because I saw them getting a piece of cake. So I knocked on the window and this lady came with an attitude asking “what” and I asked for my food, so she grabbed the bag that was right there sitting and handled it to me. This place needs a better management.
