  Staff forced a man with a service dog to leave the ordering area. The dog had not made a sound and was not acting out. This is illegal.

  I wish this location had a worse rating because the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been to this location a few times hoping that each time I go I get a different staff member but it is always that one man that is racist and rude to me for no reason. I feel extremely uncomfortable anytime I go but it was the closest location to me now I have to drive to a further one. There are multiple reviews like this one and I don't understand how no action has been made.

  I absolutely dislike coming to this location. The manager on duty is the worst! Everytime she’s at the drive thru window, whether it’s taking the order or handing the food it’s always the worse experience. Today it was the fact she didn’t put the coffee top correctly on and it spilled all over my console and everything in the area, including my AirPods and garage door opener. I never have a good experience with her. Now there’s an older guy that works the 2nd window most of the time and he is pleasant. Even the other workers are pleasant but the manager is the problem. I will absolutely not come to this location anymore. I would rather drive the extra minutes down to the 620 location.
