- JDJeff Dunn1 day ago3.0It's an arcade so there's that. They offer laser tag and go cart tracks. I wish they offered a play by the hour instead of traditional arcade style I'd definitely be more inclined to come here with family and friends if that were an option.
- SASilver Atkinson3 days ago1.0We decided to plan my son’s first birthday party here (5/16) and they made a fun event stressful. We booked a party room and I spoke with someone a few days before and they told me I could pay at the event and that I could arrive 15 minutes early to set up. When we arrived we were told “you won’t be getting a room because the manager said you haven’t even paid” excuse me, I was told I could pay upon arrival. I told them that I’m paying for a room so I expect one, then was told they would have to ask. Once the manager decided that I could have a room that I was paying 400 dollars for they made us wait ten minutes after our party stat time at 12:30 just to get in and decorate. I had to make my family and friends wait outside so that I can rush to put up decorations. I will never have another party here and will make sure that all my friends and family steer clear from having one here as well.

It was obvious the leadership was poor, staff sat on their robust tail and did NOTHING while he took out trash and literally waited 10 bowling allies or more. The cashier when checking in had a tip option??? Like for what? If y’all can’t pay your employees then that’s a problem. A person who does not serve does not need to be tipped. Kudos to Nicholas for working there what a shame of a corporation. I’m a family woman with 3 kids and that’s the review.

The facility is massive, clean, and packed with so many activities including bowling, arcade games, and much more, so there is truly something for everyone. The bowling lanes are well maintained and the whole setup makes for a fantastic competitive experience no matter your skill level. The food and drinks are also surprisingly great, making it easy to spend an entire evening there without ever wanting to leave. I cannot recommend Main Event Austin enough for anyone looking for a memorable and action-packed outing in Austin.

Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and he checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. What really stood out was his positive attitude—even when things got busy, he stayed calm and professional. It made the whole visit more enjoyable. Customer service like that definitely makes a difference, and I’d come back again because of it. Highly recommend asking for them if you want a smooth and fun experience!
