  Ok, so where do I begin? Unreal! Assigned a lane, go to the lane, people already on the lane, go to the desk, can we get another lane? First let me go talk to the people on your lane… Can you just give us another lane, my family is waiting and there are plenty of other lanes open… No, I want to find why there are people still using your lane and you are being pushy… Um, you lack customer service skills… Do you want your money back? (Manager enters without hearing any of the previous conversation) Sir, you are being rude to our staff, we are refunding your money. TRUE STORY!! And initial contact with the same staff member, very pushy and rude… Terrible service and they seem very used to just telling people to leave, it all happened within 1 minute, they really have an efficient and effective system of the customer is always wrong and this is supposed to be a fun place? Lol! No wonder this place has the lowest rating of any bowling alley in the region…..

  Nicholas was amazing! Our food order got accidentally messed up by the kitchen but he was attentive and got it fixed! Dude was also just awesome as a person and def made me enjoy the night I had out with the boys bowling

  Brought my young child to Main Event for their very first time bowling, but our experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. As a first-timer, I asked the front desk staff about bowling packages suitable for just two people (myself and my young kid). The employee seemed annoyed by my question, pointed at the price board, and rudely told me "all the prices are there and I'm not making them up." Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unhelpful. She failed to mention any unlimited passes or special options, and it felt like she simply hated talking to me. We walked around first to decide if it was worth paying $56 for the two of us. When we went back to purchase, a second employee helped us. I politely mentioned the poor interaction I had with the first worker, but the second employee immediately got defensive and annoyed—even though I clarified I wasn't referring to her. The venue was not busy, yet finding any staff to help was surprisingly difficult. I was originally considering hosting my child's upcoming birthday party here, but after this experience, we won't be back. We get much better service at other local venues.

  We brought our kids here to see if it would be a cool place for a birthday party:) This place is awesome and good for older kids. We sat in a booth, had yummy food and our server Nicholas Hebert was AWESOME!!! He made us feel welcome, offered excellent service and was super attentive in a cool way. Highly recommended!

  My girlfriend and I went to Main Event Friday night around 12:30 to bowl, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. We reserved a lane for 1:00, and when we checked in, we were told word for word, “Be here by 12:50 so we’re not waiting for you,” in a very rude and unnecessary tone. While waiting, we purchased a $38 arcade card and played games until our lane was ready. When it was time to bowl, we felt like we were getting dirty looks from the staff, our lane was switched at the last second, and it took a while before we were finally able to start. About five minutes into our bowling time, I asked if we could have a server and was told, “Sure.” We didn’t actually get a server until about 35 minutes later, when we only had around 20 minutes left. At that point, we were so frustrated that we decided to leave early. What made it even more disappointing is that my girlfriend and I rarely get the chance to go out together, and we specifically chose Main Event because it was where we had our first date. We were excited to come back and have a good night together, but instead the entire visit felt unwelcoming and poorly handled from beginning to end. For the amount of money people spend to bowl, play games, eat, and drink here, the customer service should be much better. Unfortunately, this visit really ruined what was supposed to be a special night for us.
