Cool place with lots to do. We had a great time overall, especially bowling, playing arcade games like hoops and ski ball. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Pros * Lots of activities in one place * Huge TV screens playing sports etc. * Bowling was fun * Hoops * Service was great * Full bar * Staff was friendly and helpful * Overall fun atmosphere Cons * Several arcade games took credits but did not start * Some games did not track scores correctly (ski ball and ping pong cup game) * Restroom soap felt more like sanitizer * Overall inside temperature was a bit too warm * The place could use a refresh Overall, we had an awesome time. Might be back down the road!

It was expensive ($75 for an hour) to be treated so rudely. They couldn’t be bothered to explain how the bowling charges worked despite us being the only group in line. Of the 3 employees standing at the desk only 1 was apparently able to help customers while the other 2 stood and gabbed with each other. The bowling shoes were pretty disgusting, more like worn out house slippers with a Velcro strap. Bad selection of balls, badly or not at all oiled lanes. I’ll never go back there.

We came to celebrate my brothers birthday party here with a party of 10 kids. The party host looked miserable and didn't smile once. Don’t really know what the point of him being there was for. When you’re working with a bunch of kids you want to have a more positive attitude, he didn’t. We went to lazar tag and there was two girls in there with really odd attitudes. One of the girls had a mouth full of pizza when talking to us so couldn’t really understand her much. We’ve come here multiple times and had amazing experiences but today was just a bad day. Besides all that the overall experience was fun.

It was byfar worst experience we had on father's day. We were never told that time starts when we make payment and we assume it starts when game begins. We were with kids so it takes time to get them ready with shoes and all. Our main issue was that their lanes were malfunctioning and them not being attentive to fix it. We brought the issue but were told that we are not being professional. We were clearly upset and instead of showing empathy we were met with very rude and defensive behavior from Operations Manager named Brandon. He was not even wearing his nametag because I had to ask for his name. Very defensive person. Not even apologized about his bowling lanes not working properly instead we were told to shut up and deal with it. He showed us a screen where it shows that they added 15min only when we had to wait for lot longer. But telling us that they added 30min. Instead of satisfying a customer he just made us rethink the whole place and its management practices. I would not recommend this place. My daughter bday is coming was talking to wife to host it there but now definitely not happening. DONT GO HERE.

What should have been a fun night out turned into a frustrating and expensive disappointment. We rented two lanes for 90 minutes for a group of seven and immediately ran into problems. One lane randomly failed to count pins correctly, turning legitimate strikes into 9-pin scores. After multiple service requests, the issue never seemed fully resolved. The second lane constantly registered foul shots even when nobody crossed the line. Again, we had to stop playing and wait for staff intervention. By the time the problems were partially fixed, a significant portion of our bowling time had already been wasted. The biggest surprise was learning that the timer starts the moment you pay—not when you actually begin bowling. So while you’re waiting for shoes, walking to your lane, entering player names, or dealing with broken equipment, your paid time is disappearing. I’ve bowled at plenty of alleys and have never experienced such a customer-unfriendly policy. After spending over $250 on bowling, food, and drinks, we simply asked how much time had been added back to compensate for the technical issues. Instead of receiving a clear answer or even a basic apology, we were treated like troublemakers for asking a reasonable question. The manager, Brandon, seemed more interested in defending the business than addressing legitimate concerns. Between malfunctioning lanes, questionable billing practices, and poor customer service, this was easily one of the worst bowling experiences I’ve had.
