  Thank you for bringing such an amazing product and amazing food to San Marcos!! NO need to go to West, Texas the flavor is here in San Marcos finally!! Great food, Great Service, and Great Smile!!! They do it Right and you know they do when they sell out, you should have gotten there earlier! But that’s a GOOD SIGN of how good they are! Check it Out!! You be glad you did!!!😁

  I visited the Kolache Factory early Sunday morning and was greeted when I walked in the door. They have a great variety of food and a good selection of coffee.

  I stopped by this morning with my daughter, Greycen, after dropping my parents off at an appointment. The two young ladies behind the counter were incredibly sweet and patient while we took our time placing our order. A little later, Greycen accidentally spilled her chocolate milk all over the floor. I felt terrible and asked if I could have a mop to clean it up, but they immediately smiled and said, “No, no, we’ve got it.” Their kindness and grace in that moment meant so much. After picking my parents up from their appointment, we came back so they could choose their own breakfast. The staff remembered us, greeted us with a warm “Hi! It’s nice to see you again,” and patiently helped my parents look through all the different kolache flavors, answering every question with genuine kindness. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find people who are that welcoming and caring. We’ll definitely be back!

  Jaymie was super sweet, very professional and patient with our many requests. The food was fantastic as usual. The ham and cheese is still my favorite of all time.
