I visited here three evenings in a row while staying in the area. My current city doesn't have JJs and I missed it. I read the reviews about running out of bread but figured it was just the lunch rush.
Well, the first two nights I got my sandwiches just fine, and a compliment on my hat to boot. However, the third time, 7:30 PM, well before closing time and one other person in the store, I was told there's no regular bread so I could either wait 20 minutes or get something on whole wheat squares.
Fellas, it's Jimmy Johns. Y'all do one thing and most of the time do it well, but I'm not driving out there to gamble on whether I can get a real sandwich or not.
3 stars, one for each sandwich I did get and another for the compliment.

I stopped to have lunch at Jimmy John's today but left dissapointed.
While waiting to place my order, I watched the cashier struggle to get a customer's order in. When it was my turn to order, I was asked if I would be interested in Wheat bread or a wrap instead because they didn't have any other type of bread.
When I agreed to have wheat bread, I was asked if I would be interested in a wrap instead because they didn't have bread.
That was surprising to me because this is a sub place. Another worker stated that they were putting dough in the oven and it would take about 10 minutes for the bread to bake. Why would you start so late baking bread during lunch hour?
I don't want to use part of my lunch hour waiting for bread to bake.
People, thats not a good way to do business.
