  I came in at around 3:55 pm 05/12/26 the 2 workers that were working looked absolutely miserable there were a total of 3 customers in the store at the time the worker with the dreadlocks and bandana had messed up the order before me so he was visibly upset I myself ordered a ham and cheese sub I asked him why he was putting my sub into the oven and he said you ordered a melt and I simply did not its 90 degrees outside why would i want a melt ? He then tells me its too late and I had to leave this experience was absolutely pitiful the employee never offered a remake or anything they wanted me out of the store so they could go back to having an empty store i hope that employee gets terminal for his poor customer service if that individual is that miserable he probably shouldn't be working in customer service I wasted 20$ and got nothing

  Specifically this jimmy johns seems to skimp out on toppings for deliveries. The sandwiches I just recieved are significantly smaller than I am used to seeing at JJ's I eat at other JJ locations frequently and I am very disappointed in this location. I will not be shopping here again.

  After ordering one time my order took over an hour to arrive. And was promised a free sandwich for the inconvenience, haven’t seen anything or received it yet. And after trying repeatedly to get a free sandwich for my birthday, I ordered from subway because the Jimmy John’s app wouldn’t go through, kept telling me to add the item to my order before hitting the redeem button.? Doesn’t work, got frustrated and went elsewhere 🤬

  Subway quality subs. The bacon isn’t fresh nor cooked there and the avocado is pre packaged and taste as such. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike’s where the bread, meat, cheese, bacon and avocado is made FRESH!
