  I haven't had too much of a bad experience other than what other's have stated, but then again I only go when there's a special during my lunch break. The complaints I have are them mostly never cutting it in 1/2 as I have requested in my online order or no mustard packets being added. I always go p/u in person&it's usually always ready by the time I get there 10 min's after ordering.

  Portion was very small. When I got to the end of my sandwich, There was a plastic bread seal inside. Almost choked.. Will never eat Jimmy John’s again.

  It seems that when employees want to finish early, they turn the lights off and ignore phone calls, even though they are still serving, according to posted hours. Please adjust your listed hours, record a voicemail stating changes, or hire employees who will answer phones and serve food until close.

  (Update: the sandwiches were amazing so I gave them a better rating. Just sucks waiting that long for food) Guess they lost the freaky fast title. We ordered delivery while I’m here In the Dell seton hospital, 0.7 miles away. We’ve been waiting a long time for it, and just now found out it’s going to be about an hour and half total to get our delivery. This is wrong. I could’ve walked there and back several times by now. This sandwich is gonna be old by the time it gets to me

  Not sure why this location is rated so low. I had fast service and a delicious sandwich. The staff were mostly engaged in their own conversation, but that’s how I like it anyway 🤣
