  Came in for a sub, was skeptical due to the reviews, but the staff was more than friendly and helpful! Don't trust everything you read online! Shoutout to the guy with the half red and half white shirt, he was getting out orders super fast!

  Won't be back. Have been a few times and the employees are usually wonderful. I live around the corner and frequently walk my dog with me, figured I could pop in the door to grab my togo order off the togo shelf that's right by the door. A delicate, chubby, cis male with green hair gave me passive aggressive attitude and micro aggression about my dog. I was literally hanging half way in the door just to grab my order and leave. Not trying to bring my dog into the store to hang out and eat. There's literally nowhere to clip the dog outside or else I would have. Not sure if it was actually the dog or that I'm a person of mixed color. Anyway, the sandwiches are good, but the pudgy employee with green hair was very not Austin, very not cool.

  Nice, friendly staff. They were a bit busy during lunch, but got my order out quicker than waiting a mcdonalds during lunch. This is probably healthier too

  Ordered ahead, when I got there food was not ready. Specifically asked for no Mayo yet still got mayo, also blasting music so loud they couldn't hear a thing I said. Terrible service and atmosphere.
