    Worst experience I’ve ever had a Jimmy John’s. I placed her to go order, showed up at the store, and they had all they had done was put my potato salad in a bag no other food prep had been started. I even waited in my car several minutes while nobody was there, and all I saw was one employee who seemed to actually be doing his job sitting at a booth and doing stocking and another employee who was eating and on her phone while wearing food service gloves when that employee originally started talking to me she asked me to hold on as she finished a personal text message - also while wearing her food service gloves. After I was handed my food, I actually did address with this employee that your phone is the dirtiest thing you touch all day, and I really didn’t appreciate her touching her phone, not cleaning her hands or gloves or changing gloves and then immediately preparing my food. In response she made no apology and just said that she sanitizes her phone 10 times a day… ok? What is the point of wearing food service gloves if you are not going to change them or you are going to cross contaminate anyway? I have worked in food service previously and I’m aware that everything that she did in this situation was against food safety and generally just unhygienic. I’m still gonna eat my sandwich because I would rather not throw away almost $20 but I will never return to this location again and I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this employees disgusting habits. Honestly? I wish I just went to jersey mikes at this point. For anyone who doesn’t believe me, I actually have two photos as proof, which I will be posting with this review.

    The service was very rude and unwelcoming. The restaurant was empty, and from the moment I said hi, the employees seemed annoyed. While ordering, I asked for sandwiches by name rather than by number, and the cashier repeatedly interrupted me in a frustrated tone. I calmly asked him to let me finish my order and told him I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me. The other employee then stepped in and said their job is to make sandwiches fast and that I needed to order by number. I explained that I understood, but there is still a respectful way to speak to customers. He then told me he could cancel my order and that I could go somewhere else. I simply said I just wanted the sandwiches, paid, waited for my order, and thanked them before leaving. The entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and extremely rude. I will never go back there.
