I went there to grab a quick bite for lunch since it’s close to my job (St. David’s Hospital) the staff was very rude barely made any contact. The tall blonde was very off putting I’ve never been to this location but it was the worse experience ever.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The manager on duty at the time refused to toast my wife's Little Johns sandwich because he said it was against corporate policy and it would "definitely burn the bread." When my 6 months along pregnant wife explained that she needs to have deli meats heated up and that another location did it for her a couple of weeks ago, he called her a liar. His attitude was extremely smug, and he clearly adheres to the concept that the customer is always wrong. A location right next to a labor and delivery hospital should have a better appreciation for the needs of pregnant women. If a customer wants a toasted sub, even if it isn't on the standard "toasted" menu and even if it will "burn the bread" in your opinion, then give the customer what they want - it's their food and their money. And NEVER, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, call a pregnant woman a liar - keep that opinion to yourself.

Haven’t had jimmy John’s in years and I guess it’ll have to wait….went in at 2 pm they told me they were out of bread… The lady said it was 10 more mins till the bread was done then another 15 mins left to sit. She said sorry I just clock in and that’s all that was left…. Well guess I’ll go to jersey mikes or snarf
