- RFR FSep 30, 20261.0The staff were openly talking badly about a previous customer in front of current customers because the customer had called requesting a refund after their delivery was taking over an hour on a Wednesday. Regardless of the circumstances, talking about a customer like that in front of other guests was incredibly unprofessional. Pretty wild behavior from the team.

It was crazy and I saw the label of my food in his hand. Check the cameras! I would love a response to this. This happens on Sunday September 27th at exactly 10 pm

Really wish I just got the sandwiches that I paid $30 for. That would have been amazing, considering they are a sandwich shop and whatnot.

If you go often it's really good to have your phone number attached to an account so you can always get special deals. It's amazing you can get a good sized sandwich for less than $10 in this economy.
