  They’re so sweet I went with my nanny kids I was overwhelmed and overstimulated but they were so kind and walked the kids through everything, Stephanie and junior ! Great helpers and so patient 🥹

  My sandwich had only two pieces of meat but literally an ocean of mayo and lettuce on it lol. The guy working seemed a little overwhelmed but still I wish he would of taken his time and made my sandwich properly

  Upper management canceled an online promo for a free wrap because it was a 'glitch' they said. This was an online promo code I used, I guess the franchisee decided to be cheap and not honor it.... pathetic

  John was amazing! I had a Problem with the app when I was trying to order and he made everything right definitely will be coming back

  I was at a conference and the host treated us to Jimmy John's assorted sandwiches. I was impressed. So impressed that when were done, the hosts told us to take any leftover boxes home. So I did. No big deal, but I was impressed. The sandwiches were really good.
