  I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The store advertises that it’s open until 10:00 PM, but when I placed an order around 9:00 PM, the staff acted like they didn’t want to serve customers. They were rude, impatient, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just for ordering during their posted business hours. If you’re open until 10 PM, customers should be able to order without being treated poorly. Very unprofessional customer service.

  Yeah this place is pretty great. The staff is friendly and I've had Jimmy Johns at other locations where they put too much mayo and it's basically the grossest thing. This staff must be obviously trained experts on the proper mayo ratio per sammie which is sort of a big deal.
