- JJJynnerSep 15, 20261.0Just went to get a sandwich & chips today. It was 11:40 am, restaurant was not crowded and there was no line. A middle-aged blond woman took my order and after I pd, said she charged me for a pickle, which I NEVER ORDERED. The 2 employees behind the counter heard me order clearly a sandwich & a bag of chips to go. I never mentioned a pickle. I was in a hurry so I didn't ask for refund and the employee DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR OFFER me a refund, just said " the pickles are really good". Jimmy Johns needs to train its employees to listen to the customer, only ring up what the customer orders AND READ THE ORDER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER to ensure it's accurate AND apologize if you make a mistake AND correct the mistake!! There's NO excuse for what happened today-quiet, no line. I worked fast food in College & we were trained to read the order back to the customer to make sure it was correct. Stop ripping people off Jimmy Johns! 😡

The store advertises that it’s open until 10:00 PM, but when I placed an order around 9:00 PM, the staff acted like they didn’t want to serve customers. They were rude, impatient, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just for ordering during their posted business hours. If you’re open until 10 PM, customers should be able to order without being treated poorly. Very unprofessional customer service.
