I came here about 3 or 4 weeks ago and ordered a smoothie. The smoothies here have always been good but my complaint is that the girl that was mopping the floor was the one who made my smoothie. She didn’t wear gloves, and didn’t wash her hands prior to making my drink. Gross. An older gentleman who seemed to be the manager or owner was there and did not say anything. Considering this is how they manage their cleanliness, I don’t think I can come back.

Staff spent 5 minutes trying to sell me tumbler for half off smoothies on Mondays, then canceled the promotion literally a week later. Staff were dismissive of the issue. Disappointed and will not be returning. Just bait and switch behavior.

I want to give a huge thank you to Devonshea at Jamba Juice for providing such outstanding customer service to me and my daughter. My daughter has multiple food allergies, and Devonshea went above and beyond to make us feel safe and cared for. She made sure my daughter’s order was prepared in a completely separate blender and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and kindness. That level of attention and care truly means a lot to families dealing with food allergies. Thank you again, Devonshea, for making our experience such a positive one!
