- EDElizabeth Doktor5 days ago5.0We do not have this where I live. You walk in and there are so many different flavors of tea. It was hard to make a choice. There are sample cups to try each one out. They have cut lemons and oranges in containers if you want to add them. I believe the first cup of the fruit was complimentary. Price wise, a very good deal.

I accidentally pressed the redeem button for a free drink a bit too early for them to see and they just trusted me. It's the way customer service should be . Also the bogo is amazing! Every day by one get one free. Wow! I hope some bean counter doesn't get their hand on this business as it's got so many little things that are just perfect.

But for the past 3 weeks, the tea has been off. I’ve thrown away 3 gallons after only a couple of cups. Ryan Palmer is not lemony anymore, the mint is weak on the mint. Got my fourth gallon of half Ryan Palmer, half unsweet mint today, still lacking in all flavors. Super disappointing :(
