  I had ordered lamb combo, fries, hummus, two pita breads, and combo over rice to not receive any of it on DoorDash. I’ve received the receipt showed that there was a lamb combo, but it was chicken combo instead. I had asked the DoorDash where is my hummus, two pita breads, and combo over rice to be told this was the only order bag he had received. I’ve tried calling the store twice to be sent to a voicemail not activated. I’m never going to order anything from this location though DoorDash nor I will actually go into this location to order food due to the lack of professionalism I’ve received from both the DoorDash driver and the people at this location who had ignored my calls. I was not happy with my service nor my order. I was looking forward to eating lamb over rice with some hummus and fries for my lunch and combo over rice with the two pita breads for my dinner now I have to order something different to eat which I had already spend $55.23 on this order to not get anything I’ve wanted to eat.

  This place has been driven to the ground by whoever runs it. Once a west campus staple, now a joke of a restaurant. Just look at the dirty grills or nonchalant bad service and you'll know what im talking about

  Food was great. The establishment is nothing exciting to look at like most of the older buildings in the area. The inside was fairly clean, well lit, and had plenty open seating. I have one complaint. There is a self service kiosk and signage posted explaining how to order. I walked in and it was very loud. I said hello twice. Both of the staff members looked my way multiple times. I stood there for a good minute or two before becoming impatient. I felt that I gave the two associates ample opportunity to address me. They never did. I stepped closer and asked, "...so because there's a self service kiosk y'all don't feel the need to greet customers?" Had they greeted or addressed me at all after standing there looking at them, they would have found out without the attitude that I had a question about the parking in the back of the store. The signage is poor and I needed to ensure that my friend and I wouldn't get towed if we stayed to eat. I wanted to find another option... But my buddy suggested that we take the food to go instead. The food was great but the experience left a bad taste.
