  Food was great. The establishment is nothing exciting to look at like most of the older buildings in the area. The inside was fairly clean, well lit, and had plenty open seating. I have one complaint. There is a self service kiosk and signage posted explaining how to order. I walked in and it was very loud. I said hello twice. Both of the staff members looked my way multiple times. I stood there for a good minute or two before becoming impatient. I felt that I gave the two associates ample opportunity to address me. They never did. I stepped closer and asked, "...so because there's a self service kiosk y'all don't feel the need to greet customers?" Had they greeted or addressed me at all after standing there looking at them, they would have found out without the attitude that I had a question about the parking in the back of the store. The signage is poor and I needed to ensure that my friend and I wouldn't get towed if we stayed to eat. I wanted to find another option... But my buddy suggested that we take the food to go instead. The food was great but the experience left a bad taste.

  Same good food but many things changed - Horrible service - Missing item order - Stinky restroom - Self service where I have to wait 10 mins for someone even to pickup the order Food alone will not save you guys

  They started charging extra for Green Sauce. Fine. I will pay extra for the Green Sauce. Three orders in a row the Green Sauce was not included despite paying extra for it. Why is the Green Sauce so special?? Why do you include White & Red Sauce with every order even though I did not ask for it?? All I wanted was the Green Sauce. Just one Green Sauce. And You wouldn't give it to me. Is that too much to ask?

  Used to come here all the time before Covid whenever we drove my brother to Austin for school, then it was closed for a long time for some reason. Recently realized it finally opened back up and have had it a couple times again - easily better than Halal Guys. Fantastic portion sizes and tastes great, especially the chicken. Will always come back whenever I'm visiting Austin!
