Tired of paying more for curbside and coming home to find all majority of my produce is basically rotten . Quality has gone down tremendously in the past year , I would rather spend my money with local businesses at this point .

It is a terrible service. My son was denied the electric chair. He is sick and cannot walk very well. He is the only H.E.B. who denies that service to my son. We were already inside. We have already paid. And he tells us that he cannot use that service. I think it's not fair. And they made my son get out of the cart. It is unfair that this store, to which I am a customer, denied us this service. Hopefully the administration can do something about it!

I am really disappointed with the experience my family and I had at H-E-B on the night of August 4th.
There was a closing manager whose name tag appeared to say “FE.” I worked at H-E-B for five years, and in all that time I never met someone who treated customers with such disrespect. I love H-E-B and will continue shopping there, but I believe this employee’s behavior needs to be addressed because it does not reflect the company’s values.
The store announced over the intercom, “Please make your final selections, the store is closing,” which is completely understandable. However, when we went toward the produce section, the manager blocked the fruit section and repeatedly said, “We’re closed. No, we’re closed.”
When I politely asked if I could quickly grab an item, she responded, “Go ahead, what can I do? The store is closed. Hurry up. Why can’t you come earlier and get your stuff? Come on, man. I open again at 6.”
I was shocked by the way she spoke to us. That is not the level of respect I would expect from someone representing H-E-B.
What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing several Spanish-speaking families walking toward the checkout while she yelled, “Come on, it’s closed! Let’s go! Let’s go, man! It’s closed!” It had only just turned 11:00 p.m., and no customer should be spoken to that way, especially families who may not feel comfortable responding or speaking up.
Even the police officer who was present appeared surprised by how she was treating customers.
I’m not writing this because I want anyone to get in trouble. I’m writing because I care about H-E-B and the excellent customer service the company is known for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
HEB im giving you a 5 star but i hope you can read this and make it NOT happen again.

Crazy to get threatened by HEB SECURITY and management and criminally trespassed telling me not to film but I can scroll through this and see MANAGEMENT reply to videos posted all over Google. I will find a way to sue… don’t care if I lose either I will fight back this time.

I've shopped at HEB heavily my entire life but it's gone downhill hard. Look at this "discount' meal that's bubbling as if it's going bad. And the discount is less than $1 when it's usually 25% (though they should give more of a discount). The regular check out lanes are usually too long of a wait when they have half the registers closed. And I hate that the employees are so comfortable yelling across customers to other team members- this means you're yelling into people's ears if they walk by you. I stopped to tell an employee (team lead) that she just yelled in my ear and she condescendingly said "okay". Thanks for that, Genevieve. Otherwise it's fairly clean and organized.
Update: Lowering my score from 3 to 2 because this week I bought a container of potato salad that I dug into once I got home and immediately found that each of the several bites I took (to be sure) had potatoes that were a bit crunchy. Sigh. And yesterday I had an incident with a cart wrangler where they were really about to hit me with their cart retriever as they were going out of the main exit towards the parking lot to, well, wrangle carts. I often see them force their way through that entrance and almost hitting people frequently and I'm so tired of it since my hand did get a bit hurt in this process and the cart was way too close to hitting me even though he said he stopped it (literally a few inches from me and had it not stopped when it did it would have definitely hit my legs and hips). The entrance area is way too congested and the employees do not consider this. I bought a pack of HEB brand pens a while back and they're a poor product. I give up.

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
