I drove all the way to this location for a vaccine appointment, only to be told that that item was not available again until August. When I commented on the inconvenience, the staff member shrugged their shoulders and said “it’s a corporate thing”. I think H-E-B should update their website so that it does not allow for appointments that cannot be accommodated.

I waited in line for 30 to 40 minutes just to be turned away at the counter by a miserable, picky worker at the front who wanted to power-trip over a complete non-issue. She claimed my name didn't match my Western Union transfer because of a middle name technicality—something that absolutely NO other H-E-B has ever had an issue with. Instead of using common sense, she chose to be completely difficult, waste my time, and lie straight to my face after making me wait forever in line. This employee is completely incompetent and ruined my day for absolutely no reason. Management needs to retrain their front counter staff on basic customer service and common sense, because this was completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you actually want to get your errands done without dealing with a miserable power-trip.
