  Genuinely the worst grocery store I've ever been to. I spend less at Whole Foods when you factor in the amount of food that becomes moldy the following day you purchase from this HEB. Beef steak tomatoes, always moldy the next day, sourdough bread lasts 2 days before mold, consistently. Disgusting store.

  Store is great but why are all of the self checkouts card only? I only needed 3 things and had to wait in line for 20 minutes because of it. Only 4 manned registers open.

  Don’t ever go in there if you’re in a hurry. They have 14 check out lines but only ever have 1 or 2 open most times of the day, and always takes forever to check out and pay. People literally don’t come here sometimes because of this. The rest of the store is great

  Employee hit my car with line of carts while trying to put them up, he was trying to come at an angle while I’m completely dead stopped to let him and pedestrians cross. Scraped the entire front bumper to where paint is peeling off… Pulling the carts from the FRONT, not paying attention so they dragged allllll against my car. Asked him to grab a manager, and the employee kept telling me “it’s not that bad.” Eventually management comes out, and they all take a look at the damage and collectively “oh well there’s nothing we can do, corporate will reach out to you if you leave a number.” No apologies were given, management essentially said since an employee caused the damage it’s not HEBs fault. They said that they need to fill out an incident report and then I’ll be reached out to. How are you going to fill out an incident report without my side of the story? You didn’t even ask. Wouldnt I need to fill one out too? Refused to give me a ETA for corporate, any insurance info to call, again not even an apology, literally all they asked from me was my name and phone number…..Good thing I know how to google, and found customer service on my own. Just know if they damage your property, you have to spend your extra time chasing people down to deal with the issue THEIR employees caused. Which yes, your employee wearing your merch pushing your property is YOUR fault HEB.
