- KKKellyMay 6, 20265.0This is my favorite HEB. They were out of stock on one of my curbside items and accidentally marked it as in-stock. Everything was still brought out on time but they are so nice though & found a replacement along with a free cute bouquet of flowers for the wait.

Called and told an employer who found my sweater and claimed my sweater was at customer service. I went 2 days later no sweater. The guy in customer service told me to check with pharmacy. I go to pharmacy ask about my sweater. The lady in pharmacy was not friendly mentioned my sweater was not there. I had few items in my basket was all paid for no bag. I noticed the lady in pharmacy look over to see what I had in my basket checking to see if I was stealing. I catch on very well on watching me. Not too long ago.I was going out the door with their basket with my groceries. My basket was stop moving forward once I got to the door. A manager came up to me and ask for my receipt. I showed my receipt. The manager left real quick after seeing my receipt. No explanation. I’m done with this location. I felt I was discriminated against. I used to love going to this location. 13 years a lot of money my family and I have spent with this location. No more!!!!!
- KKKatyApr 12, 20261.0Everyone has their bad days, but this HEB seems extremely disorganized. Lot of angry people at curbside right now. This HEB seems like it falls apart when it's raining out. Went inside for a second and the lines were very long as well. Also to the person who replies to these, don't bother giving me an 800 number to call. How about you guys relay the messages we post here to your higher ups and not make us do more work? Thanks.
