The biggest reason is that they struggle to keep things in stock and stop stocking a lot of the low sugar and sugar free things I have to buy. Please stock Baja Blast Zero and No Sugar Added Blue Bell again. I have also had a lot of issues with delivery and pickup from this store for the same reason. They will show things in stock online for ordering that they do not even have. I go to other HEBs when I can now and to Sams Club more than I would like. This HEB is just understocked and/or understaffed/ poorly managed.

- ATAnthony TemesApr 17, 20261.0Derek and the other lady manager are some of the most rude managers I’ve ever met. They are super aggressive and loud. Very threatening. I had a disagreement with them and they immediately “kicked me out” of the store without even attempting to have a civil conversation. One of the women managers was even laughing while all of this is going on. Super embarrassing. Maybe time for a huddle-up coaching conversation.
