The music is on point, coupons at every turn, & I enjoy my shopping experience here every single time at “my heb!” The staff is so friendly & helpful- even though they’re working overnights for the remodel - from the stockers to remodelers to the cleaners at the end of my late shopping visit. My cashier, DAMBRA couldn’t have been more pleasant to end my shopping experience! The lady that helped bag my groceries was also excellent! I also appreciate the security for the parking lot & shopping entrance/exit. Thank yall for being consistently amazing!!!

One of the worst HEBs in town. Unorganized. Horrible coffee selection. Crowded. It was like trying to shop in a submarine. Flooring is falling apart. Tiles on the ceiling are missing.

Remember that HEB used to close at 1am. Now after the corvid nonsense and sleepy ninny, now they close at 11pm, afraid of the dark and such. And with 4 mins left to closing (only to collect one item), and then a nerdy security guard stopped me and said sorry boss an so told him I know you’re sorry. Missed 24 hour stores. These stores in this town are disappointing as humanity proves as well…

Construction is currently going on, but this store continues to be my favorite because everything is very convenient, and I can usually find what I’m looking for quickly. On June 3rd, at around 11:00 a.m., I decided to use the self-checkout. I accidentally left the first package of meat on the scale after scanning it while I was waiting for the plastic bags for the meats that are provided by HEB, which prevented me from scanning the second one. At that moment, Diana approached me with what I felt was a rude attitude, demanding to remove the meat from the scale without explaining why. Although I understand that she may have been trying to help or follow store procedures, the way the situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. A simple explanation of what I needed to do would have been much more helpful and would have made the experience less stressful. I understand that self-checkout requires customers to follow certain steps, but not everyone has experience using the system. I believe that associates assigned to self-checkout should be professional, patient, and willing to explain the process to customers who may need assistance. Many people choose self-checkout because they want a quick and convenient shopping experience. I appreciate that the store gives young associates the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. However, I also believe they should receive the proper training and guidance before being placed in positions that require direct customer assistance. Just saying this but also Diana was given more attention to her coworker at the self checkout talking instead of being helpful to customers.
