- FOFiroz OzmanApr 25, 20263.0This H-E-B on Ed Bluestein is a smaller, older store but it works fine for neighborhood shopping. The staff actually knows regulars and treats you like a person instead of just a number, which is nice. Fresh produce section is decent and they stock what you need. The pharmacy here is solid—they ranked #1 in customer satisfaction for supermarket pharmacies a few years running, and the pharmacists actually talk to you instead of just handing over pills. They have a gas station and drive-thru pharmacy if you're in a rush. It's not fancy and doesn't have all the specialty stuff you'd find at the bigger locations, but for everyday groceries it's reliable. Parking lot situation isn't great, but that's a Springdale Shopping Center problem, not just H-E-B's issue.

More importantly, staff were friendly attentive, and helpful. I did speak to a manager as some contractors were arc/stick welding outside without a public screen (don't want little eyes to burn their retinas). He listened, and went to address it straight away. Superb! Well done HEB!

One thing i really like here is there strawberry cheese cake from there bakery. The one with red topping, and whip cream. I also like heb brand kettle bbq chips, sour cream, and onion chips,
