  DO NOT use the digital coupons. They don’t all work and you’ll have to go back through store to get them all or file a claim - call them - and make sure you have every single one you used — and no one will tell you to save the coupons so if you didn’t do it you lose out. The phone call person was dismissive, short and rude and replied to a question I had with “Yep.” When I sent her an attachment she had me on the line and was silent and didn’t say anything until I asked if she had received. So basically - just waste the paper and take the yellow paper coupons to avoid getting made to feel like an idiot. I was asked how I add them to my app? Very weird experience.

  BEWARE OF CURBSIDE ORDERS. HEB has made a lot of mistakes with curbside orders. Most recently HEB gave me toddler formula instead of infant formula. We did not notice the discrepancy until after we gave it to our infant for a few days. Luckily there were no issues, but HEB needs to do significantly more quality control on their curbside orders. This is irresponsible and disappointing.

  This heb has great variety and the staff is very polite the overall shopping experience is 5 stars,service was 5 stars,cleanliness is 5 stars,waiting to check out time 4.5 stars but still very efficient,parking spots is plentiful 5 stars,and for wheelchair and handicapped they have electric scooters and more than 6 handicapped parking spots...👍🏼

  My first time picking up curbside from this HEB. I had to drive around in circles for a spot. Customers park in the curbside spots and go shopping. I reported to the store and they are aware. They should have security out here if it’s a known problem. While I was parked and waiting someone parked in the curbside spot next to me and got off and went inside. Just beware if you’re ordering curbside.

  Was starting to like this HEB, it’s nice and got a clean aesthetic. That was until I saw eggs for ~$6 from central market advertised on a yellow plaque. I go to the register and it’s $8 for it. no discount. I tell the cashier there’s a yellow plaque saying they’re on sale and the bagger that she’s working with proceeds to walk over there spend 5 minutes and bring back the yellow plaque saying that only applies for the 12 count. Cool, why is it in front of the 18 count then? Wasted 5 minutes of my time(not the biggest deal but it’s more the fact that they misplaced the label and already got me to the register) and I can’t even go back to get different eggs because I’m already checked out for everything else. Really sucks to see that happen.
