- RLronnie lawrenceOct 8, 20265.0It's two-story, it's got elevators and escalators, need to say anything else. It's HEB at it's BEST!!! NEEDLESS to say, covered parking lots. Texas best grocery store!!
- RMrosario munizSep 27, 20265.0It was a cool place never been to this HEB. Very cool elevador and escalators. Cover parking and ofcourse productos are excepcional. Didn't pay attention that you needvyour own bags but you can buy some there.
- CACoco AmorSep 22, 20261.0Security acts so crazy at HEBs! I was wearing a $300 motorcycle jacket and $400 motorcycle boots, and they were acting like I was going to run away with a carton of premade sushi and protein shake. My motorcycle cost more than most of their cars, so I don't understand why they act like that.
- AСаинт ГостSep 17, 20261.0Terrible experience with the H-E-B service department on September 17 at around 4:00 PM. The employee I dealt with — a guy wearing glasses — seemed like he simply didn’t want to work. Instead of trying to help, he kept looking for excuses not to provide the service and seemed more concerned about going to lunch than helping a customer. It was a small and simple transaction, but instead of making any effort to assist me, his attitude made it feel like I was inconveniencing him just by asking for service. Very disappointing customer service. If you work in a service department, helping customers should come before finding excuses to avoid doing your job.
