  Beautiful store, well stocked and maintained. Love their curbside service. My only complaint is employee behavior in the parking lot area. Stopping traffic directly in front of the store's entrance, the busiest part of an already very busy parking lot, so you can chat with a friend in their car, or walking down the middle of the lane leading into the curbside area instead of stepping off onto the grass are small things that go a long way towards preventing collisions and keeping the flow of traffic moving.

  Don't buy anything from the bakery or fruits section – everything is always within 1 or 2 days of being expired; they will sell tortillas with the expiration sticker removed, and two days after shopping you'll find mold on them! The bread section is also something to avoid, as I've never seen a 5-set of bagels with more than five days of shelf life. The security guards do absolutely nothing: I've never seen them interact with patrons, make eye contact, or do anything a licensed security professional is expected to do. They never manage car flow, de-escalate parking lot arguments, or speak to anybody except APD or EMS. It's pitiful that H-E-B contracts this useless company when all they do is walk around, ignore customers, and close the doors at 10:59. The asset protection as well as store management at this location is a complete embarrassment and I had been harassed multiple times while I was a repeat paying customer. One time, I had 5 people chase me down (not security) and insist I wasn't allowed to leave until I paid for my two energy drinks. Meanwhile, the self-checkout machine had frozen (I made sure the payment went through from my phone) and I was treated like a criminal and received no apologies from any of them. They constantly change the store layout, misrepresent items being in stock and their respective locations through the H-E-B app, and with the recent price increases and deceptive coupon "deals," my final visit at this location lasted over 2 hours – I didn't find everything I needed – and still paid $300 for a single week's worth of groceries.

  I think i've met the end of the road with my local HEB and weekly groceries. A couple Months ago, they charged the wrong card for my groceries. I called the next Morning to get it fixed as it was already around 9PM that Night. They told me "It can't be fixed because it wasn't the same Day as the transaction." Really? So a Book Keeper is supposed to be available at that time of the Day. Got it. It took me 3 tries of going to higher ups only for them to say "we'll do it this time." I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for this to be corrected for what your store had messed up. Only when I said I would call the Bank and Dispute did you cave in. No apology. No respect. How dare you? The last couple Days, I started getting phone calls about my prescription for pickup. I was confused because I had already picked up my Medicine, so I went before Work the next Day to go pick up. I told them I had already picked up, so they had me pay for it because they messed up on their end and didn't charge me that time. I said that's fine and asked if it would have rolled over to next Month and I just paid for it then. They told me "No, it would've just gone to stock and I just charged you Today." So you lured me into getting to pay for your mistake and as a result wasted my time and Traffic to get to work. Again, no apology on your end. You need to get your act together. I am done with this locations lack of care, and incompetence. I will go shop at the Walmart next door, and find another grocery store to pick up at every Week. I was way too Good to what you didn't deserve. Goodbye HEB.
