The store was very clean and well stocked. if I had any complaint, it would be the cashier and sacker, Jaz and I don't remember the other girl's name that also started with a J, they hardly even acknowledged us when we approached the line. The cashier, Jaz, was down with the sacker and gossiping about their personal lives, and didn't even greet us until our whole cart (17 items) was unloaded onto the belt and I was looking down at her very obviously. Granted, the checkout next to her has a customer with a basket so I am unsure if that is the reason she waited so long. But, she could have at least greeted us, and/or politely said "excuse/pardon me" to the customers to get by. These girls looked to be no older than 18, and I heard the sacker saying "and I was the only one sober", in my opinion, that is very unprofessional and anything of such shouldn't be discussed in your workplace in front of your customers.

The self-checkout staff at HEB need to be more attentive. They are often talking among themselves instead of watching for customers who need help. Customers should not have to shout “Excuse me” to get assistance. When help is finally provided, it often feels casual and uninterested. This creates a poor customer experience and makes it look like the staff are not taking their job seriously.

The pharmacy here has excellent service. The rest of the store is everything HEB always is in the best way.

Standard and clean HEB but Jasmine at the checkout line made it weird and uncomfortable. Didn't help me bag the few things I had after she finished scanning so I was holding up the line cuz I had to switch from bagging to paying back to bagging because Jasmine was too busy talking to her coworker who she was relieving for her break about how she couldn't wait to get off work. I get it, I don't want to work either but at least pretend I'm a person in front of you. A simple Hi or hello and a bit of helping bagging once you're done scanning is all I really want. Overall decent experience at HEB aside from Jasmine making it uncomfortable and weird at the end

I really like this H-E-B. It's one of the larger locations and has a great selection of products. My only complaint—and it's something I've noticed at other H-E-B stores in the area as well—is that milk tends to be priced a bit higher than nearby Walmart, Target, and Aldi stores. Also, the "premium bananas" are often very unripe when I visit. Aside from those minor issues, this is a great store. It's clean, well-stocked, and the staff is helpful. Just be prepared for it to get pretty busy, especially during peak hours.
