    Delivery service is a joke. You over pay to have people shop for you. Just for them to forget key items. I accepted all the fees (shopper markup + delivery fee + tip) as cost of doing business to have someone deliver dinner - just so I didn't have to cook. They show up with everything but dinner. So now I'm cooking. Thanks guys, never again. Had I known we couldn't handle it, I could have done it myself.

    I’m very disappointed with the lack of consistency and customer service at this location. I came in today to return an item and specifically requested the refund be placed on a gift card rather than back to my original payment method, as I intended to spend that money right back in the store today. Despite having my receipt in hand and having done this exact same process just a week prior without any issues, I was denied. The associate, Nagely, called over a manager named Karime, who simply stated it was "store policy." If this is indeed an official policy, it needs to be enforced consistently by all staff members so customers know what to expect. It is frustrating to be told "no" for something that was perfectly acceptable seven days ag,especially when I’m trying to continue shopping at H-E-B. I’ll be taking my business to other locations where the staff is on the same page.

    Went there to pick up a prescription and it was ready when I got there, about 20 mins after leaving my Doctor. Super fast, friendly & professional service and the price was less than competitors.

    First time coming to the 12407 n impact expressway and will for sure be the last time. As soon as I entered the parking lot I went to park. I saw a spot on the left and the cart guy on the right. He wasn't moving and there was ample space to park in the spot so I did. I parked and saw him still there but directing other cars to park while staring at me. As soon as means my daughter were exiting the car he walked up to our car and it was alarming as he was a grown man and I am a woman with a child. I immediately said don't come up to my car and all away and he said you make me feel unsafe and he was calling security. I told him I went around him to park and wasn't trying to hit him and didn't go anywhere close to him. I would never damage my car like that or put someone in danger. I told him again to walk away. We proceeded in the store and after we had a good amount of groceries in our cart a manager and cop approached me and said I was close to him when parking and got aggressive with me. I told him that Marcus should never have approached me at my car I felt unsafe and he said there are two sides to the story and we had to leave. I am so Disappointed in the way the manager handled it and the employee was right there egging it on. I left the cart and went to the food heb I normally go to on tech ridge. I wasn't speeding I wasn't aggressive I wasn't doing anything to this guy and he truly intimidated me and then I was accosted in the store. Super disappointed and will make sure everyone knows including corporate. I just wanted to add seems to be a lot of bad reviews regarding Marcus on Thai page. Seems you don't really care if your employees are rude or inappropriate you just want to make them feel horrible at this store. The manager is Robert and he was just as condescending and horrible. Shame on this store you should do better.
