They FORCE you to micromanage your receipt, because they refuse to have anything but "physical coupons". HEB is incredibly evil for hoping customers just don't remember their coupons, I hope their business fails.

I asked for 'Happy Birthday' written on a single cupcake (a tough ask, I know). Not only did he say yes, but he practiced on a napkin first and nailed it. THAT'S INSANE LINE WORK!!! I was HELLA IMPRESSED. He even threw in a backup banner. Later, when my receipt survey wouldn't print, I called the store and spoke to Melody. She personally stayed on the phone to walk me step-by-step through submitting a review online. The patience and genuine customer service from both Xavi and Mel are unmatched. They both deserve a gold star and a high five! 10/10 experience.
