Great spot for an HEB, particularly with the one nearby on Research closing down. Everything is well stocked as you would expect.

After many years of shopping here, we are finally breaking away due to customer service going down the drain. My partner & I have shopped here for a long time, but have had so many issues with our orders over the last couple of years. We mostly order curbside & frequently get egg cartons of cracked eggs & broken items due to broken paper bags. I have submitted multiple requests for better methods, but nothing has changed. I recently went through some issues with some products of theirs & learned that products can't be publicly reviewed... so we are discontinuing using HEB for our needs. I find it highly unethical to restrict consumers from providing public feedback essential for consumerism. Do better HEB! We may return if changes are made to better protect consumers in the future. (Can't add more photos since it's also so damn complicated.)
