I am really happy with this H-E-B. It is clean well stocked and they have excellent customer service. I love using curbside pick up and being able to order online. Today I tried their sushi for the first time and it was excellent!

Saddened that it seem like this HEB is going to the dogs. There is worker in the meat/seafood department who didn't know his own products. I asked for whole wings and the guy shows me the smaller drummattes. There was gaps all in the shelfs and the store manager gave me creepy robotic vibes when questioned why there was a bunch of holes in their store shelfs. The items I shop for are super common and I fail to understand why they are not available especially if your stock indicates they are in the store ( which she looked up on her item finder). I shouldn't have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to become available for purchase. I saw workers just walking/ standing around doing nothing in the front of the store. Honestly been going to this store for about 2 years and it start good and slowly started becoming more undesirable to shop at. I've had to bag my own groceries after paying for them (I know what your going to say while you shouldn't go to self checkout) but its happened alot lately I regular checkout lines.
