- VVVoluptuous VeganOct 18, 20265.0Pretty new to H-E-B, but I’m starting to get the hype! The stores are clean, well organized, prices are reasonable, and staff are actually easy to find. Love that! Vegan options aren’t quite as plentiful as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s or Sprouts, but vegans can still eat pretty damn good here! Also appreciated the LARGE pharmacy section. I’ll absolutely be shopping at H-E-B pretty regularly now that we’re in Austin. Okay, I get it now, y’all!

She asked me how my day was going and just showed genuine care. I’ve never had such an engaging experience at HEB and this was also my first time at this particular location. Great job Yari! So they don’t really have to pay attention to their operation. I’ll just say this, it should be called H-E-B bag and save! Where’s my discount to bag my own groceries?
- CMCass MoonSep 29, 20263.0the staff was friendly and helpful once I could finally get someone to help me. Trying to find the ghost energy drinks in the store took me 20 minutes today. They have a couple seasonal flavors on an aisle cap by the energy drinks section, but not the entire line of flavors which was very confusing and deceiving. So then I went up to the cold drinks section at the front of the store. Then I went back to the energy drinks section to check again. Then I searched for an employee for a while and was clearly overwhelmed so a stocking guy helped me and apparently they are in the “healthy living” section. What? So very counterintuitive. Energy drinks are not healthy, and why would you put a line of energy drinks NOT in the energy drink section? Wasn’t the end of the world but it was very annoying especially when I’m just trying to pop in and out quickly. Sorry to the stocking guy that heard me swearing under my breath out of frustration
