- SSS4 days ago1.0After what happened to me on Saturday August the 22nd I would avoid going to that store if I was you, because me and my cousin went there to get food I went thru the self checkout and paid for my food and I walked over to where my cousin was at. The store clerk came up behind me and said that I was stealing food that I paid for and I had the receipt in hand because I lost my temper because they tried taking my food away from me they call the cops on me and I will never go back to a store that allows there employees to walk up behind a veteran and take the food he bought if that is how H-E-B will run its company then I hope they get shut down and New Management get put in and they retrain their employees to respect people if they have a receipt in their hand don't assume and don't take and do not walk up behind a veteran and touch them we will drop you Samuel Charles Poole II

Manager Carlos runs a tight ship. Stockers are quick to drop what they're doing and walk you straight to an item instead of just pointing. The real standout is Gabe, the cooking connections specialist. Gabe's demeanor is thoroughly professional, his product displays are genuinely appealing, and his salesmanship is sharp enough that I routinely walk out with items I hadn't planned on buying — and don't regret it.
