I placed an order for an assorted sandwich party tray, fruit tray l had specifically requested that there be no cheese on the sandwich tray The next day, I picked up my sandwich tray and fruit tray, Upon getting back to my office, I discovered that the sandwich in fact had cheese on them. The fruit tray came with honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupes, pineapples, grapes, and strawberries. We had requested no honeydew and extra watermelon, but everything seemed watered down and old, except for the strawberries and grapes. I did in fact reach out to the deli department to explain to them what happen they got approval from the store manager, who indicating I was able to return those items. I could’ve came back Friday or bring them in on Saturday unaware that Customer service on Saturdays closes at 7:00 PM. l decided to return the sandwiches and fruit to the store. However, on a Saturday the customer service was closed and customer service was only open until 7 PM. The front-end manager, Mia, informed me that I could go to any line and make a return. She had already seen what I had in my basket. When a young lady was processing my first return, as l had to separate returns with different receipts all retunes must have a manger put in a manger code I was ready to make my 2nd with Mia front manager still standing there to put in her code prior to that. Doing this process of returning sandwiches in the fruit tree, Mia, the front-end supervisor, proceeded to question me.She asked me if I had purchased the sandwiches from the store today or if I had just picked them up today. I answered each question, but she insisted that she didn’t think the sandwiches were returnable or refundable. She even had to call another manager. The head manager remembered me because I had called back on Friday to let them know what happened to my order well I apologized for calling on Friday and explained the situation. He agreed to allow me to make a return. The young lady who processed my return asked me for my receipt. after she questioned me well before asking me if I had my receipt in my order form my was saying in fact in my hand. I had a bad experience with the front end manger Mia her. She were rude, intimidating, and made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. I was told that everyone the does a return is a “THEY.” So, if you’re shopping at this store, be cautious. You might end up being singled out and treated poorly. Because you are a “They”
